  I wish to inform you that windows 8 and Windows 8.1 upgrade cannot be done that through the windows store.

  As you mentioned that you have an internet connection on your computer, the best solution in your case is to take your computer to a place where you can access the Internet and then trying to level to Windows 8.1 by the Windows store.

  Another option is to download an ISO for Windows 8.1 and install it on the computer, but for this procedure, you will have to buy the product key, you would not be able to download the ISO without buying the product key.

  Note: By using the ISO to install Windows 8.1 Please be informed that you will not be able to upgrade to Windows 8 for windows 8.1.

  You will need to do a clean install as upgrade option will be grayed out.

  Important: Performing a clean installation will result in losing the application that have been previously installed.

  Here software install only means that it installs only BI components not all parts of area BI as java tools.

  Administration tool will support or not.

  Admin only manage the tool will be in 32-bit windows... it does not support on other platforms.

  I accidentally installed a spam-like a real application software (link to the announcement on the real site resembling download real). He installed a ton of different applications of spam, marketing and advertising on my computer, FIrefox, Chrome and IE to ruin. All the sweet is now uninstalled, computer has been scanned with an antivirus and anti-malware and are no threat. Chrome and IE are clearly without any problem, but Firefox is still Web sites redirect to add sites and adding spam ads on almost on every page.
  There are two extensions you installed, Adobe and Oracle (two people with reduced mobility) and some Add-onns but all look authentic (office, Cisco codec, flash, Adobe, Foxit and Silverlight.
  I already reinstalled Firefox twice with no success, and to be honest I have no more ideas on how to do to remove this application.

  Please use the following steps:

  1. install the new HARD disk on your computer,

  2. start Windows 10 DVD machine. This process will install Windows 10 on your computer,

  3. put the second DVD of your computer to install the drivers and tools/software on your computer.

  4. run the Windows updates.

  Steps 1 to 3 will bring your machine back to factory settings,

  Step 4 will bring machine to update.

  After that, you can install other software or programs.
