  I'm running OS X 10.11.3 (El Capitan) on an iMac of retina end of 2015. I migrated from an older iMac, including to move a partition, Bootcamp with Winclone. I was able to move from Win 7 to 10 to win on the old iMac and successfully get the partition installs and runs on the new iMac, but with intermittent problems.

  Apple Software Update on 10 to win is a recent version, but he claims that all software up-to-date despite the fact that the Win partition is running Bootcamp 4! A downloaded installer 5 Bootcamp will let me install this version (not designed for this computer).   I considered just take a chance and update the iphone software app 'Settings' of the phone with the ability to do a "restore" via iTunes on the laptop if I ran into problems. Then, however, I found that the button "backup restore" in iTunes was "greyed out" and not "clickable".

  Make sure that you AV or firewall does not block it.

  Try clicking on the install RMB and selecting 'run as Admin '.

  If it does not create a new admin account in windows and login to this account.
