  Can you please tell us what operating system you're running and which version of the elements you use.

  I'm going to assume that you use 64-bit on Windows 8.1 and using 12 items for now.

  The first screen you see normally has two or three options for the organizer and editors - which is the Welcome screen.

  I would like that you try to start the organizer directly, avoiding the Welcome screen.

  Go to your desktop and use the windows/Windows Explorer to locate the following file.

  "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Elements Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe 12.

  Double-click this file and see if it opens.

• Firefox does not open after a reboot

  After I updated Firefox, it will work until I restart my computer. So simply, it opens at all and finally will come with an empty window that is not responding. I had this problem for months and just switched to Google Chrome because I had no time to deal with it more. I'm not a novice user and I've tried everything:
  It does not start in safe mode.
  I did a fresh install complete, even remove profile information.
  I checked my firewall and my anti-virus, and they are not the culprit.
  I scanned all my computer virus/malware.
  My computer is completely up to date.

  It seems that your listener uses the static instance via the listener.ora file registration and missing entries for the http service. Edit your listener.ora (F:\Apex_Installed\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server\network\ADMIN\listener.ora) file and add the following entries in the listener.ora file DESCRIPTION_LIST. Then, restart the listenerer.

  1. download a copy of the latest http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html firefox (dmg full package - all languages)

  2. Trash , install the current application of Firefox to do a cleaning.

  3. install the version you downloaded.

  Do not select to delete your personal data, your profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks or other personal data.

  This is what I'm guessing, is my problem. When I opened my laptop this morning, windows Explorer has stopped responding, so I stopped him via the Manager tasks.   It seems that there is a change that has done something to your graphics card driver. There are some possible steps to get it working again.

  1) update or reinstall your display/video card driver
  (2) do a system restore to a time before this problem.

  To update the driver, click Start and right click on computer and select manage. Click on Device Manager and expand the graphics card. Right click on the adapter that is listed and select software update of the driver...
  You can also on the manufacturer's website and download and install the latest driver for them.

  To restore the system to a point in time before this problem, follow these steps:
  Click on START and type > system restore > press enter
  If the recommended restore point is not enough back away, use the option "choose a different restore point.

• P6 EPPM does not start after you restart Windows 7!

  I would like to ask if anyone can advise me on a problem I have with my P6 EPPM 8.3

  On Windows 7 x 86, I installed oracle XE, then weblogic, then 8.3 EPPM (not BI, BPM, or other components)

  I left P6 EPPM to configure and connect to DB, weblogic and everything was successful.

  I loged in P6 EPPM and he worked me correctly as a web application properly.

  Then I had to reboot my PC for some reason, so I stoped order P6 Stop_Primavera on the Windows Start button.

  Then afer I restarted my PC, I tried to order P6 Start_Primavera luanch. A cmd window is appeared with scrolling line then collapsed for a while showing a message "Node manager is not running...". "then repeated plurarite of several lines.

  I tried opening the page P6 on my braowser, but unfortunately it does not work!

  I tried to read about it for days and days. I'm not a computer techi guy and I am new to Oracle technology. I did not understand what is the reason for this problem.

  I guess, you create controlfile as the directory of log files "C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\db2\".
  So now, you will need to change pfile to again match controlfile.

  sql>create pfile='c:\pfile.ora' from spfile;
  

  Change the section of the command file "c:\pfile.ora" to match your NEW control file.
  then start DB, using the new file pfile

  sql> startup mount pfile='c:\pfile.ora';
  

  Check the locations of the data file and log files from views v$ datafile and v$ logfile.

  If everything is ok - open the database and create spfile

  sql>create spfile from pfile='c:\pfile.ora';

  is it possible that "onload" in the body section is executed when the application is actually open?

  What I've noticed is when the device is restarted and the app is started after the boot process, then I need to open the application until something works. Is this as expected?

  I saw that CF10 installer now supports windows8, then I reinstalled my computer and installed coldfusion 10. After installing, everything works perfectly and smoothly CF. After restarting the computer, however, the application server service will not start. I reinstalled CF twice with the same results. Here is the error in the event viewer:

Nothing seems to work. I use Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit. It had worked perfectly until this last automatic update,

  I went back to 13.0.1 and disabled the automatic update. Before installing the 13, I blew some left behind registry entries. 13 installed and works very well. Maybe Mozilla can make some better tests in the future for new versions don't cause pain so much. A headache more like that and I'll just go back to IE.
