  2. have you installed the drivers from the dongle?

  If this is not the case, the same install from the manufacturer's Web site.

  I suggest you to contact or visit the site of the factory to install drivers and check if that helps.

  My daughter could not access the internet with your computer during your visit.  She has an I-Max Pro.  I have a laptop.  We recently changed from Comcast to Att and wonder if that creates a problem... I was also unable to get on the internet with a Kindle Fire.

• All of a sudden, impossible to get on the network with PDA

  I have an office of cable to a WRT610Nv2 with 2 desktops on the network wireless.  I used to be able to jump on and off with my PDA and Netbook... now I can't.  PDA reports a 'Yin-Yang' symbol and the symbol of encryption at the network location... I think I somehow locked me out... help please

  Thanks for your reply, but turn the appliance market has not solved the problem... to dig around, I finally found that MAC addresses on my laptop had inadvertently been filtered by software... it sure was not easy to use.  I don't know how it happened all of a sudden, but when I "allowed" those blocked from MAC, everything was fine and I was able to get on the network with my PDA.

  The windows update say that there are some new updates. (my internet works)

  I have install and restart my computer.

  Now, I can either go to the internet with internet explore or even google chrome. I can see my e-mail with outlook and I know when there is a few new updates.

  I do a system restore to the day before (where it works fine)

  I have check the update that is causing all the trouble and I turn it off.

  For now, it is the only solution for you that I found.

• Impossible to get Safari to work with BT Internet email

  I can not Safari to work with BT Internet email. Whenever I try to connect to my email account it comes with just a blank page.

  It works very well with Firefox, but I would prefer to use Safari.

  I disabled all extensions Safari and made sure the cache has been clear. I spent ages on the phone to BT this morning, but the question certainly seems to be with Safari.

  Using Dreamweaver for Mac.  I have a model with fixed header and footer fixed intermediate editable; in the heading are links to other pages. There is a page that my browser cannot see and gets an error, 'you don't have permission to access payments.html on this server."  I'm even a cool HTML to the template file and unless my eyes are bad, things are correctly spelled. The site is BarfieldConstruction.com and the payments link is on the right, if someone wants to take a peek. (This link has worked for years and I put the stuff of PayPal return later).

  Any ideas?

  It is the problem of the permission of a file. Go to a remote server in your files Panel.  Right-click on payments.html.  Change the permissions to 755.  This should solve the problem.  If this is not the case, contact your webhost.

• Impossible to get puppet pin move with layer

  I've separated the Illustrator images for a character, I applied the puppet pins in one of the layers and tried to turn it. Puppet pins remain stationary, they do not move with the layer. It's frustrating, because all the instructional videos I've seen, says ' just turn and move the mesh ', but it does not work. Even if you move the pins, the image gets cut and twisted which is only within the mesh.

• Cannot get on Internet with computer Vista, getting 169 ip address

  We have a problem with Vista my boyfriend. He said that everything was working fine yesterday, and then we left for lunch. He thought that he turned off the computer, but when we came back he was and would not connect to the internet. We first thought it was a bad cable so went out and got a new but no change. I also tried to use the cable from another computer but still can't connect. We get a 169 ip address and the network shows as Public unidentified network with limited connectivity. We have tried to change for private network but always presented as identified and unable to connect to the internet network. I'm sure that yesterday we have a 192 ip address and the address of a default gateway and succeeded to another computer on the network but still could not get on the internet, but failed to get the IP 192 today. I'm confused, what is happening. Help, please!

  More information - Vista computer also has a wireless adapter that when activated, it works but we have the connection Ethernet also works. I tried to connect with the mode safe mode with networking, but get the same thing. I thought to reset tcp/ip, but given that the wireless adapter is able to connect, does that mean tcp/ip works on the computer and running that a fix would be a waste of time? I don't want to do anything that could screw up the wireless adapter. Ethernet is on board so that it cannot be let go and need to reinstall. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

  Thanks for your reply. I tried to remove the network adapter from Device Manager and allowing windows to reinstall but it does not solve the problem. It is a desktop computer. I started to think about how the cable could have been pulled and could have damaged the Ethernet port and was going to ask you what the lights where the cable plugs into the Ethernet port average. It's a green light solid with a yellow flashing light next to him. I decided to shut down the computer and blow the Ethernet port with compressed air. To my surprise, it works now! Although your answer directly does not solve my problem, it helped me not to do things that do not help and he will think the Ethernet port and what could be wrong with it.

  I tried to download and install a file (called sp53068) on the HP support site which was supposed to install the drivers for internet cell phone. It is a DOS window, and he said a sentence. Then it just closes.
  I also tried to install all the application files that extracts of the sp53068 in c:\swsetup\SP53068, but they have the habit of work.

  Please help me with this problem. Right now this is my only option to connect to the internet from my laptop.

  Hello. I just wanted to say that the "mystery" is solved. Simply the USB device doesn't work because it only supports cooperative systems up to Win7 32 bit and no further details. I have 64-bit, so it's a 'no-go '. Thanks for you time.
