  I hope this isn't a stupid question. I just installed CC on my MacBook Pro. More available applications listed for install are 2014. Only two - Muse and Lightroom are 2015. My first thought was that I needed to upgrade the operating system (what I do anyway, I'm under Mountain Lion), but ask Muse and Lightroom 10.9 or higher. I'm confused, why these two applications are available as the 2015 version when none of the others are. My laptop is certainly aging, but I believe that all my equipment meets the required specifications. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

  Try to delete settings. Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage > storage management. Let the list of applications to load, tap the gray apps, then remove them in the next screen.

  I think you're under a misunderstanding that you believe that you are talking directly to Microsoft or some Microsoft representatives.  You are not.  It is especially a peer-to-peer forum (user to user).

  That said, if you encrypted files and does not backup your certificate/key then changed your password in a way not approved and/or lost the disc or formatted for another reason - thus losing the only copy of the key of certificate / you / profile user account in whole and you have no previous 'image' or the full backup system to roll back to again access says key/certificate. you have lost someone ' encrypted u.

  It would not be a very effective protection system if someone could get it and just use a magical backdoor to access it, huh?

  Go with the Apple/Macintosh solution if you wish - you can always make the same mistake that you are implying that you do here on this system.  Way encryption protection works in all valid cases are the same... If you have forgotten the access password or lose the certificate or key or another method is used to pass a valid token for cryptographic algorithm identifying you as someone who should have access and thus to decrypt the data - you lost the data.

  I work with a certain application that requires a SHIFT CAPS LOCK be on.  It's a pain constantly turn off it when I switch to other Microsoft applications (Excel or Outlook) and then it switch on when I switch back to the demand for my work.  Is it possible that I can have Windows 7 manage this for me?
