  Why some of my apps on my iPad 2 hold on working at half way through me to help or play them? Especially with games?

  This could be because the games put more demands on the iPad it can handle. 2 is a 5 year and several device with a slower processor and less RAM than the current arrangements.

  Sometimes what helps is to force close applications you don't use, to free up resources for those you want.  You're doing by double clicking the home button then touching preview upward and out of the screen to close the application. I know that on my 2, I would only keep open that I really need to have open, and on some games, I would close all but the game.

  It is not a perfect solution, but it can help.

  The only 'solution' is to not play games or get a newer device that has a better processor and more RAM (kinda a lose/lose)

I only need the firewall and what is needed to run just the firewall. I use panda antivirus for viruses and malwarebytes antimalware for this. I would like to know, step by step if possible... How to stop or 'block' additional cases of services from the very beginning that it interferes with the pandas scanner, spikes in CPU when I don't need to use it and occationally crashes my computer by overloading, my ram is 500 MB and it started happening a few days out of the box. Once I have shut down the computer runs faster, but I lose my firewall, so I don't really wish to go unprotected, but really not need the rest services case as I hav more to compensate. The only thing I want to know here's how to get to where I can block all mcafee services that do not affect its ' firewall service while preventing others from starting in the first place. I don't mean that I found through research on the internet because they do not explain how it's done and avoid mentioning insofar as I've seen.   I don't know if this is possible. If it was me, I remove McAfee completely and just use Windows Firewall. It is the only firewall I have used for ten years and never had any problems.

• On laptop CD/DVD drive is not recognized/is missing. Having read the other topics, problem still not solved.

  I'm on a computer laptop gateway and my cd player does not work all of a sudden. I can eject and put CD in there and it will hum for awhile, but nothing will happen. I went to Device Manager and it is not yet listed. I read the other topics and the problem is still not resolved, please help. Also, my HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder has not all folders in there, so I can't go to system/etc to delete anything because there is nothing to remove. Thank you for your time

  Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
  This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
  contacts data with a pencil eraser.

  Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers to check with the system manufacturer to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your if necessary.
