invalid claim code, 6700 printer

premium to the 6700 printer, have the saved printer. I feel out with request code. I go to HP Connect to DIVES, to add a device, I get an error message saying my claim code is not valid. Printed on another sheet, same claim code. The claim code is not 24 hours. Help

Your best bet is to disable the web services and then turn them back on.  It will give you a new claim code.

Same as above... I can't find my code request... where should I go? On my phone, where? No idea at all. Please help me ASAP!

    Hello

There is no claim code for this printer. The claim codes are used to set up ePrint (the ability to send content to your printer) and web services are needed for this - your printer is not active ePrint.

You can however print wirlessly from your mobile phone using the instructios I've included below:

The simplest is to print wireless from your mobile device to download the HP eprint app and make sure that your printer and devices are connected to the same network wifi - once the operation is finished, you will be bale to print wireless from the eprint app.

You can also use direct funtion wireless to your printer by turining on the button on the front of the printer wireless. This allows to generate the printer it's own singal wifi that you can connect through any wireless device. To find the wireless password, simply hold the direct wireless for more than 3 seconds and it will display the password on plain paper (make sure that the paper is loaded).

Let me know if you have problems with the installation.

  • Cannot print a Web Services fact sheet to get a claim Code

I am trying to add a m276nw of MFP HP LaserJet Pro 200 colour as device ePrint.  I have updated the firmware of the printer.  When I activate the web services button print fact sheet appears, but nothing prints when I click on it and I can't get a claim code.

I'm stuck.  I don't know where to go from here...

If you correctly enable web services, you have two options:

    1. use your IP address, he enter in your web browser and go to the integrated web page. Go to the web services tab and find the address of e-mail assigned to your printer. It should be something like [email protected]. The code of the printer will be foregoing the sign @.

    2. go into your control panel. Click the web services (icon on the far left). Click the e-mail display address. Printer code will be foregoing the sign @.

    3. print a configuration page. Tools icon - reports - config page. In the right column, look for the Service Web of HP (lower-right) - the printer email address - printer code will be foregoing the sign @.

Use the xxxxxx before the sign for the printer code save the connected HP printer @.

  • Printer Photosmart 7520 claim code

I put my connection hop except that I am out of ink so I can't read the code of the claim.  If not, how can I get that he gets to this process?

    Hi Jenna34,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have run out of Cyan Ink and are unable to read the printer claim code for your printer Photosmart 7520.

No worries because it cannot be found without having to print anything again. Please press the ePrint (pic) icon in the upper left corner of your façade. Once the icon is pressed, you should address ePrint for the printer and probably looks something like [email protected]. The claim code corresponds to the part of the email before the symbol @. Using my example, the email ePrint code would be abc123def456g7.

Please let me know how it goes.

  • HP Envy 4500: Claim Code problems. The printer is already done.

    Hello

I am trying to add my new HP Envy 4500 to my account connected to HP, but when I enter the claim code, I get "the printer is already claimed. "In order to claim this printer, you must remove the previous owner.  Looking through the forum, it seems to be a fairly common problem.  I disabled / re-enabled web services to get a new code to claim, but it gives the same result.  I even reset the printer default and tried.  This time, connected HP indicated that it had saved my printer successfully, but when I go to the devices tab of the web page I am greeted with the message "it looks like you have not added all devices connected HP account".

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm hoping to use the instant program of HP ink, but unless I can add the printer to my account, I will not be able to.

    Thank you

I managed to get this working afterwards by registering a new user account with HP with a different email address.  Not an ideal solution (and apparently not a rare either) but at least it works now.

  • LaserJet M1213nf MFP: Printer does not print the claim code more

I use a chromebook, so I use my printer as a Google Cloudprinter. Usually, I'm able to get my printer using claim code that is printed in the Backgrounder (this information sheet is printer when I activate HP Webservices on the printer).

For some reason, I seem to be impossible to activate the Web services successfully. I have a guest that webservices are enabled, but who is supposed to have printed information sheet no longer get printed. So, I don't know what is my claim code, and accordingly I seem not to be able to print more Google Cloudprint.

I can connect to the site HPConnected, I can't add a printer because I don't know the claim code.

Can you please let me know what I might hurt? How can I get the claim code?

Hello and welcome to the HP support community!

Is your ChromeBook and printer using the same wireless network?  If so, have you tried to install the "HP Print application" of the Chrome Web store?

    SilverCat salvation,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems to get your claim code for the ePrint on your Officejet 6700 Installer.

Yes, you can get the printer to request code.  There are two different ways that you can do. The steps to do are in the guide of the user starting on page 69.  I've included a link to your user's Guide.  The easiest way is to do it from the front panel of the printer.  I have included a document on your printer getting code request and there these steps for you.  I have also included a document on the HP ePrint for additional reference to get started.

Certificate claim code is valid only for a short period, you need a new register. Please try one of the following options:

First option: If you see an ePrint button or icon

On the printer control panel, press the ePrint ( ) button or icon to open the menu of Web Services.

  • How can I fnd my claim code and the reprint of the web services information sheet

Hi, I have a HP Deskjet 3520 and try to put in place the eprint.  I read the suggestions on the forum and the FAQ but I can't locate the web services information sheet I need to reprint for claim code.

Could not find anything under Printer Control Panel either. Please advise!

    Thank you!!

    Hi Chris88,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I appreciate that you try to configure the ePrint on your Deskjet 3520 printer feature.

If you have the inkjet printer Deskjet 3520 with a C8994 product number this printer does not have the ePrint service.  The Deskjet 3520 printer only has USB connection and ePrint to function the printer must have an independent internet connection through a wireless or a wired ethernet network.  I've included the specifications of the printer for your reference.

If you have the e-all-in-one printer Deskjet 3520 then we obtain the claim code.  You can request the information sheet of web services from the front panel of the printer, and there the claim code printed in blue. Instructions on how to get it can be found in the section titled "to print a document using ePrint' in your on page 15 user's guide.  Please follow the instructions in step 1.

    Hi Alfred13,

I see that you have a question about the implementation of ePrint on your printer.  Can't stand not the 8550 Photosmart Hp's ePrint.

So, you will not be able to add a printer to your connected Hp account.
