  Just update you 13 windows 7 items... I sat until midnight and found the program data and ended up finding the catalog. I deleted the catalog now. and uninstalled items 13. I hope that when I reinstall it will be like new, and I can go back again. I had messed up I saw when viewing the photos in the media, it was media files and thought they shouldn't be there so I deleted them. Maybe thinking about now I get an error.   I have about 200 songs on my Shuffle.  When I connect it to my Harley Infortainment system via the usb port, the system only "reads" about 150 of the 200 and will not play the rest.  I completely wipe clean on the Shuffle.  List of new song created around 150 songs.  When I re-connected to the Harley system, the system of 'reading' 109 150.  Still, he would not play the other.

  If there is a guide to the user for the system of Harley (physical or online), you should look at the supported audio file formats.  It can only support MP3.  Maybe the songs that work are MP3 and those who do not are AAC (and other formats).  Or, it may be related to DRM (copy protection), IF you have a lot of very old iTunes Store, purchases of the song in your iTunes library, the early years when songs sold through the iTunes Store have been required to have DRM.  These songs will not play on most non-Apple devices.

  If you go to the library of the screen and press the red text just below the icons of the album/playlist (where you select whether you want the screen to show the view of the artist/Album/songs downstairs there is a toggle to only show that downloaded music.) If you enable this, then only the songs that are actually ON your iPhone will be in BLACK characters. The rest of your music library to iCloud either won't display at all or be grey. Now - if you have a few streaming, you can see more songs, because the songs that are heard are cached in the memory of the iPhone box and supposedly deleted automatically when it fills up (but not user accessible unless you use some third-party programs).

  MP4 is usually a video file, I honestly didn't even know MP4 pourrait be used for audio, but this is beyond my skills.  I know that to convert files types, you will need to download a conversion program, Microsoft is no not any program that can do this.

  As for the deleted files that appears, open the Organize menu at the top of the media player, select 'manage libraries' and make sure that it is scanning the correct files.

  If the correct files are analyzed and double presents itself once again, right click on a song in double and select properties to find its location.  And then delete it from here, rather than media player directly.

  I would recommend the synchronization of the device with a playlist selected, rather than manage manually. You update the playlist and then synchronize to update the device with the changes.

  The following steps should resolve problems with the device, do not sync what is selected, or to remember a previous selection, copying it back.

  1. Backup device.
  2. Restoration as a new device.
  3. Restore the backup that you made earlier.

  She needs to have your Apple ID and password. Your iCloud ID and the password if you have your own iOS device, so it can have access to these facilities. Even if she wanted to sell, it would need this information to remove the lock of activation before the sale.

  If you don't have the library enabled on your iPhone and MBP iCloud, then you need to remove the selected photos of two devices separately.

  Hello Ristrawn,

  Thank you for your message.  There is no way to play .wma in the iTunes player.  You will need to find a 3rd party software to convert .wma to .mp3 files.  From there, you would be able to listen to the MP3 in the iTunes player.
