  I was going to just through all the steps of troubleshooting above without success.

  OK, I have disabled all plugins except the 2 (adobe flash and shockwave)
  then I disabled javascript. It works!

  Some thing funny - without reloading the browser - I went in plugins/Add-ons- and they were all turned on again. With Javascript turned off that the site works.

  Firefox functioned normally. I downloaded the application of password of Firefox and all my web pages stopped downloading correctly. I deleted the app, without change.   Not really a workaround solution, but a better way, that I always use:

  Select all in a complete document,

  then in preview-> file-> print select the PDF icon at the bottom left, click the arrow and select "Save as PDF".

  Assuming that you have installed the full function of the printer software, it is probably not the printer to blame.

  The browser you use to view the emails aren't always the settings you need (for example, Page Setup to adjust the size / width Fit).

  Layers. There is other content on top of your navigation. Even the transparent part of the other objects will block the mouse events to reach your NAV.
