  I have a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1000 that I use on my laptop Dell Inspiron N5110 with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 - bit installed on it.

  Recently, the mouse wheel is crazy I've put it down it scrolls to the top, scroll down, done both or nothing. and this only happens when scrolling down, there is no problem of scrolling upward.

  I changed the USB port - in which I put the receiver - the only one directly attached to the motherboard. That gave me minutes of scrolling perfect without problem, but after having tried other ports he went crazy again.

  I tried to uninstall the driver from Device Manager and then put it back, but to no avail (I did for several ports)

  I should note that the problem itself is fluctuating, which sometimes means that the wheel is crazier than others and I tried the mouse on another laptop and the problem does not occur.

  Thanks for posting on the Community Support from Apple. From your post, it looks like your haptic feedback does not work when you click using your trackpad and the setting is enabled. I know that this is a great feature and it is important to make it work. I'll be happy to help you.

  First of all, I would like to assure you that in system preferences > Trackpad > clicking silencer is not checked, that might help. In addition, it would be useful to reset the settings of the SCM.   It seems that after reinstalling, Premiere Pro no has not been updated to the latest version. Check your application creative cloud for updates. If she says Premiere Pro is up to date, try to update Premiere Pro through help > updates... option in Premiere Pro.

  This is a late response to your question, but I thought that I could add more information here.

  From your description, it seems that your PageUp and the keys to the House (or arrows) of the keyboard are either stuck, or failing. These keys usually help access us in applications you mentioned. And since you mentioned that this happens even when the touchpad is not in use, it is likely that this could be the cause here.

  I suggest get you the checked keyboard when using a hardware technician, preferably from your computer manufacturer. That should help you understand better.
