  I'm not a computer tech, I'm an end user (family doctor) and I'm desperate for any help, this is why I post here.  This is the problem, also short I can do:

  A week ago I bought a new laptop to access our home office computer system.  I already tried Windows 8, did not as he thought at all, so I would go for a MacBook Pro.  First time Mac user, usually takes a little after 20 years with Windows, but I like it.  Before buying, I checked with our technical office, who said: Yes, there should be no problem making remote access to our office with my new Mac system.  The Office Server running Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard.

  The status bar displays the Mobile Connect icon but nothing happens.  The apps on my laptop does not connect what no indication whatsoever outside of the laptop, and don't ask me what I should do next.  I sent our computer support "OK, so what I do next" guy but got silence.  So if anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.  Please let me know if you need more technical information.

  Please work with your Office IT Department to check that your VPN connection and the VPN server is configured correctly to provide remote access.  If your COMPUTER service needs additional support, please ask them to contact Dell Software support.

• Palm Desktop 4.1 for Mac OS & iQue 3600?

  I have a Garmin iQue 3600 I'm trying to HotSync with my Palm Desktop 4.1 existing (Mac OS 10.4.11).  At present it only synchronizes the notebook.  But I also need to synchronize the address book, To Do list & Date Book.  More they said in the forum of Brighthand charge Palm Desktop & then Hotsync & it should correct the problem.  But I can't find my original with Palm Desktop drive.  I looked at Palm.com and downloads for Desktop 4.1 are for Mac OS9 or Desktop 4.1 Treo/Mac OS X and no mention Garmin iQue.  I'm so confused! Help, please!  Thank you!

  Relatively new to the use of NSA3600/SonicPoint N2 put us in place but works well.  My question is we have employed devices we want to allow on the wireless client without hitting services invited the first.  What is the best way to achieve this?

  Since the customer service is applied to the area, I would suggest setting up an area for comments and the area of the employee, then set up 2 SSID on VLAN and apply the guest SSID in the comments area and the SSID employee in the area of the employee. A guest on the guest SSID but not on the SSID employee services.

  You can then allow the employee > LAN but deny comments > LAN?

  Read the Notes version and Guides on the link below, I think I won't be able to do so in part because the NSA 220 does not support the authentication of the client certificate, and these features are only supported on devices Dell SonicWALL E-Class SRA.

• Mobile connect 3.1.7 fails to check on IOS 3.1.7

  I have 8 Air Apple iPad devices, but 1 of 8 fails to check our Sonicwall TZ210. It is even possible to use of an internal network from the point of view Sonicwalls Global VPN client?

  The use of the outside Global VPN client works very well

  If so there is no special configuration is required. It will be like the regular HA installation. the 2nd Internet service provider, you need a switch connecting the two NSA 3600.

  What I understand on your part that you deploy A / P between 2600 on wan side you can use 8-port switch for on Sonicwall or directly to the ISP router WAN connectivity if there more port.

  what you do on the HP switch is 100% correct take 4 different ports vlan X 1 for connecting the switch and take port to the ISP of the switch router, but I do not prefer this design... better get WAN switch 8 Ports or something...

  I have questions about VPN cascading between 3 firewall SonicWALL NSA. Let me explain my situation and what I want to achieve.

  As shown in the diagram above, I have 3 branches connected to the Internet, which advanced to the LAN is the NSA SW FW. There is a VPN tunnel between each site: Site_A Site_ B, Site_A Site_ C, Site_B Site_ C. The Internet of the Site A traffic is redirected to the Site B. This Site A Cross Site B to access the Internet and LAN B. Site A through C access LAN C Site.

  My question is: is it possible to remove the tunnel VPN Site_A-Site_C to and instead, through Site B to C LAN access? If so, how you can achieve this configuration?
