  XDCAM transfer: Version 2.12.0

  Final Cut Pro: Version 7.0.3

  Mac OSX 10.8.5

  I used to be able to import XDCAM clips in Final Cut, but not more. I use a PMW - 350K camera, recording on SxS cards I use also the Sony SxS, model SBAC-US10 card reader.

  Over the years, enter the clips in FCP was not a problem. I'm still able to call them, read, view and play all clips in a browser or in the transfer. I can (and have) all my clips recorded from the card in my PowerMac, i.e. the BPAV shell.

  There was a time where FCP sequence name appears at the bottom of the page in a transfer software, and import clips in this sequence (bin) is automatic. The sequence shows is more than once.

  Similarly, FCP, I select FILE > IMPORT > SONY XDCAM and nothing happens... no windows appear... nothing.

  I also made sure sequencing coincide exactly with the settings of my clips... no joy.

  Sometimes I managed to select all the clips as shown in the transfer, select Import, and all what it is to create new individual images from the video, which must be sold off individually... pain. (probably the wrong thing to do when even because I can't seem to make the destination of the CPF)

  So, I have a few footge I have to change as soon as POSSIBLE and can not enter clips in final cut PRO for editing.

  I've been on the Sony download site, but I am "very confused on what I need to download. I heard that the new navigation software does disappear 'Transfer', but I don't know if this applies to operations 'inherited' as I (as opposed to the FCP X).

  I can probably understand this, but only if I have software/drivers that still work.

  I would be very happy to help and advice; also help over the phone would be great too!

  or use your recovery partition

  You can also reinstall the 32-bit version of this way

  Make sure that you borrow correct 32-bit microsoft dvd to your computer
