Sort columns multiple panelCollection

JDeveloper 11 g

I have read the Oracle Fusion developer Guide and at the same time, I noticed how in 309 page there is a note saying

"If the table is a child of af: panelCollection, an implementation of several cases of use of sorting column already exists using the Panel view collection-> sort-> menu item in advance."

I used collection Panel a couple of times as my toolbar main for my tables but I have never seen this option to sort several column.

Someone at - he could try this or if there is a property that I still have to set for this feature?

Make sure that your table has column of activated on single or multiple selection.

    To set the value of your property, you will need to pass something in it:

  • OBIEE 11 g: sort by multiple columns

    We have recently updated to 11g of 10g. In 10g, you were able to sort a column and then put a secondary on another column sort, regardless of the first.

    So in 10g, you can view quarter and region, and by default are displayed by default, both are sorted in descending order:

    America Q1
    Europe Q1
    America Q2
    Europe Q2

    And I can then sort descent and the region shift down and see that both are sorted by descending order regardless of the other:

    Europe Q2
    America Q2

    Europe Q1
    America Q1

    11 g, however, if I sort the fourth descendant and then ranking descending from the region, neighborhood found upward and I get something like this:

    Europe Q1
    Europe Q2
    America Q1
    America Q2

    How can I get a similar feature off 11 g?

    Thanks for the help!

    You use the option to right click on the second column to sort after you apply sorting on the first column?

  • Automatically sort columns

    Hello

    I have a column with a number of figures for names that changes according to the entry on a separate table. It is sort of have this kind of column down automatically without having to click each me time change of numbers?

    Thank you

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

    The way I would like to address the issue is to create an index column in your original table that would rank the values that you want to sort.

    C2 = RANK (B2, B, 0)

    It is filled down.

    This index is used to retrieve the values in a report table that is already sorted.

    A2 = INDEX (entry::A, CORRESPONDENCE data (LINE (cell) −1, data entry: $C, 0),-l' the index of the column, area-index)

    It is filled down and across.

  • Cannot sort column with images in figures

    Hello

    I just upgraded to El hab., rose up to 24 GB of RAM, and try to pass to numbers 3.6.2 MS Office 365 Excel is now extremely slow. There is a constant turnover ball.

    I made a spreadsheet and adding image by clicking INSERT, then CHOOSE in column D, and then I took the correct image file.  I'm not using Photos.

    When I sort, sort all the columns except the images w / column D; that doesn't move so the appropriate info is not with the correct photo.

    I'd appreciate your help!

    Thank you.

    I am on IOS 5/11/10 and numbers 3.6.2

    Office 365 should not run too slow on your Mac.  You might want to look at why this is happening.

    Regarding sorting in numbers, make sure that the images are actually ' in' the background of each cell.  Click on an image that you inserted on the sheet, command + x to cut, click a cell in a table and command-v to paste.  Once in the background of a cell, a picture will follow this cell when it moves in the context of a sort.

  • Derived column and descriptor Id or sort column 11.1.1.9

    Hi expert,

    In OBIEE 11.1.1.9, when I use the Manager to check the consistency I had warning about column derived, that have the id column or sort descriptor.

    The only thing you can do, is remove the bound column.

    In 11.1.1.6 it was possible, I don't know in 11.1.1.7.

    Do you know why?

    Concerning

    Benjamin

    Ah yes it is normal.

    This probably means that your RPD is not configured correctly and you want to choose a template for the columns and this specific column ID column do not reside on the same level of dimension hierarchy.

    Pre-9 such q & d facility has been accepted by the check (it is same for the column sort order by the way...), but now the RPD which obliges to check.

    If you want just to sort the rows and not change them, then you can do something like this:

    SELECT str

    FROM table_x

    ORDER OF SUBSTR (str

    )

    What happens if a line in the entry has no 2 ' _?

    I hope that answers your question.

    If this isn't the case, please post a small example of data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) for all of the tables involved and also publish outcomes from these data.

    Point where the above statement is erroneous results, and explain, using specific examples, how you get the right result of data provided in these places.   If you change the query at all, your postal code.

  • How you trigger sort column of the APEX report interactive page element?

    Hi guys!

    A certain page, I have an interactive report of the APEX. Part of the query is similar to:

    SELECT

    ...,

    (definition column1) BCV,

    (definition column2) RFV,

    ...

    table. RAU,

    The TABLE table_name,...

    WHERE conditions;

    I also have a defined through the following LOV page P121_SORT_BY (selection box) element:

    SELECT "BCV" d, "BCV" r FROM DUAL

    UNION ALL

    SELECT "RF value" d, 'RFV r' FROM DUAL

    UNION ALL

    SELECT 'RA (USD)' d, "RAU" r FROM DUAL

    I've linked a dynamic Action to P121_SORT_BY which runs on the 'Change' event and performs the following JavaScript Code:

    var my_column = $v ('P121_SORT_BY');

    Alert ('test1');

    $x('apexir_COLUMN_NAME').value = my_column;

    Alert ('test2');

    gReport.column.order ('DESC');

    Alert ('test3');

    Alert (my_column);

    Obiously, there is something wrong with my code JS... What can I do to make my report interactive sort DESCENDING column selected in my page element?

    Please note that I also tested the JS without comments and I get pop ups (test1, test2, test3 and the correct name of the column of my_column) but the report isn't back to normal... What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Digital

    Hi all

    I found the answer to my question by navigating through the java scripts in Apex.

    So, this is what works:

    gReport.last_col_id = "BCV";

    gReport.column.order ('DESC');

    Where "BCV" is actually your name of column position, you can send it by a Page Item and means of descending "DESC" and "CSA" means growing.

    I hope this helps other people too.

    Thank you

  • Great LOV - sort columns

    Dan - quick question on the latest version of the plugin Super LOV.

    1. the columns on the popup LOV can be sorted by clicking the column header?
    2. can you APX$ ROWNUM hidden column?

    Thank you

    Hi VANJ.

    We want to add support for sorting in a later version. However, we have built the plug-in by using the APEX_PLUGIN_UTIL package and I want to stay on it if possible so it may take some time.

    Regarding the column ROWNUM APX$, just take the number of columns in your query LOV and add 1. Whatever the number, add it to the setting the hidden columns.

    Kind regards

  • Sort columns in same RPD to database

    Is it possible to import a table in the RPD and the columns are in the same order that they are in the database? Mine to keep sorting alphabetically even though I unchecked the box sort to "physical column" in Tools > options > sort items

    I have a table with lot of columns that I would not have to manually reorganize.

    Hello

    Uncheck object of sorting for the physical column actually solves your problem. You can import a new table and check if it works?

  • Sort column (disable)

    I suspect that there is an easy answer to this...

    To remove the ability to sort the columns, I put all the values for the column position Interaction to 'none '. However, the report of responses still allows the user to sort by any column.

    Other reports, that I created, it worked. What Miss me to disable sorting option for the columns of the report?

    Very much appreciated.

    Bryan

    Sorting of the column headers is not located in the same place as interaction column header. To disable sorting of the column heading, follow these steps:

    (1) open the report in a table view.

    2) click on the properties button from the Table on the upper left side of the screen.

    (3) uncheck the box "enable column sorting in the dashboards.

  • Bug: Dynamic Action on column in a table does not fire after sort column

    I have reproduced this problem on apex.oracle.com.

    Use [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=22057:1]
    user/pw: apextester

    I created a dynamic action on a tabular presentation, using a jQuery selector, to check if the misspelled word is null, display an alert and set the focus through this switch. The first time on the page, I can erase a misspelled word value and this dynamic action is triggered. I see the alert. (Focus action seems not to happen, but that is a minor issue.)

    I can put the value in their place, select the columns to sort, empty a value of misspelled word again, and this dynamic action does NOT occur. (FYI, there is another dynamic action in this app, save before exit, click OK to ignore the changes.)

    I can also access the page, make no changes, sort by header column first, then a misspelled word value virgins and this dynamic action does NOT occur.

    I added the "headers" for the report model, td tag attribute to use in the selector. This erroneous behavior is the same, I use #COLUMN_HEADER # #COLUMN_HEADER_NAME or #.

    Thank you
    Kelly

    Hi Kelly,

    Take a look at the region advanced dynamic actions and 'Scope of the event' link to 'living '. I think your problem will be solved.
