Help! It takes me lots of hours to convert my photos in PNG, one at a time after have exported them out of LIGHTROOM! Am I missing something? Why PNG is not an export option?

It's pretty lame to say that one can use JPEG instead.  Apart from the technical arguments about issues like the trend, it takes up to the user to select the file format that they need for their own purposes.  General-purpose image processing tools should support as many formats as possible and there is no technical excuse for failing to support a non-owner format that is widely used.   Arguing that there are alternatives, it's like telling a painter 'orange' is not necessary since you can use red or white blend Brown, or as a set of professional without Phillips head screwdrivers.

If you want the arguments for the use of the PNG in the first place, I suggest searching for "Why use the PNG format.

  • Why is my illustrator file exported pixelated?

    Hi all

I created a logo in illustrator, but every time that I exported the image or images and logos of text they appeared pixelated.  I also tried the options "save for web" and nothing seems to have worked.  Is there something that will help with this problem?

Unlike the vector illustrations, pixel still images have a resolution fixed and can not be resized or zoomed without loss of quality. It's just the nature of the thing. Here you have a fundamental misunderstanding. Aside from that, people usually make a mess in designing is not their spec files, in this case in particular which means using the correct DPI settings. A document 300 DPI will be of course different when resampled to 72 DPI to save for Web. Check these things and then act accordingly.

  • Exporting does not with El Capitan

After that I installed and updated my computer a few days ago, everything seems to work smooth EXCEPT for the most important part... Export of... If someone knows how to fix this problem without having to downgrade my OS you will be my Savior... I really need to send video out to a customer, and now I'm past the deadline :-/

I solved the problem with first only export do not.  I uninstalled the creative cloud just like applications (first, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom more) then just re-installed the creative cloud and applications.  Now, it seems right to export.  And the whole process takes about an hour.  Hope this helps if anyone has the same problem.

  • Bug report: timecode decorative effect via export drifts out of sync

    Hi guys,.

When QCing output with timecode overlay , I had made for my composer, I noticed that the TC had slipped close to 2 seconds at the end of a piece of min 30. This had been made using the practical effect of "Layering of Timecode" in the export settings.

Application of the effect in the mounting clips / on without derive an image, however.

Here is a screenshot with superposition of TC made the timeline [upper-left] and in the export parameters [low] - you can see drifted ahead of the program of transport CANADA.

TC Overlay bug_Top L is effect on clip in timeline, Bottom is the effect in the export settings.png

In my case, I work with a chronology of 23.976. None of these options 'Format' in effect resolved this.
I still have to test this question in 29.97.

This forum works on P7.2.2, on OS X 10.8.5

I'm really happy that I brought my export in first, I probably would not have noticed the TC it derives premiere / quicktime.

Hope this can be resolved, if convenient with access to a TC burn in media encoding.

    See you soon,.

    David

I can repro this problem in CC7.2.2 but not CC2014.1.

I don't know exactly which version you use, and I don't know exactly what version the bug has been fixed in, but that the problem is solved in 8.1.

edited to add: on the second glance, I see that you said clearly you're on 7.2.2. Sorry for the oversight.

  • Export text out of fireworks at the top of the image of BG

In Fireworks, I have a black background with the content of the text above it.  I would like to export, so that the bg comes in dreamweaver as a background image and the text is editable text.  Now when I cut the bg it automatically includes the text in the image.  How to export the text that sits on an image?

You're welcome Jen (and Sean). Matt did a great job of reworking the original export script and I highly recommend you install update (and the new symbols).

That said, please understand the Fireworks is a graphical application first. He won't give you the kind of control over the HTML and the CSS that will be applications such as Dreamweaver - or the hand coding. If your design is quite complex, Fireworks isn't able to export with precision without returning to a full presentation of the AP, which is not desirable.

  • When I export a photo from lightroom, the image is very pixelated.

When I export a photo from lightroom, the image is very pixelated. This Burr occurs regardless of whether I do adjustments in Lightroom.  It seems that place just the photo in it develop modual without doing anything to it taints the image in such a way that when it is exported from the modual develop the export pixelated fate.

There is a radical difference between these two images. Incredibly, export of Lightroom has been shrunk down so it has fewer pixels. This means that if you try to display them on a similar screen size, you will need to expand by zoom. Really just, which increases the size of the pixels, so pixilization. He looks exactly like its original size. I think you should just turn off the Image resizing option (uncheck the Resize to fit) in your export settings to get the quality you are looking for.

  • Black screen on the export of the AE of SOUL

    Hello

I just started to use AE CC and I tried a few video output but there were a few bugs with the time using the queue but I had found the problem and fix it. But while solving this problem, I found a strange problem with the Adobe Media Encoder CC. whenever I click on export to Media Encoder, it renders the video without content empty just a black screen. AE temporary files it generates is fine no problem just the video file is empty. I tried a different animation that I had created also same problem. I'm someone who knows AE and he tried to use different codecs but his Blanck too. There are no problems with AE or internal file of work because I can make videos without any problem using the render queue, the encoder only supports having this weird problem.

I tried to update Media Encoder on 7.01, even if its already 7.01, but still the same problem. How to uninstall and reinstall? I have media encoder cs6 installed on my mac too. Causing conflicts?

Currently, I have these installed Adobe software - Adobe Design Premium CS6 (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Fireworks, Flash, Indesign, Dreamweaver - Full Version of Liscene) and (hearing CS6, edge animate, Encore CS6, Premiere Pro CS6, Photoshop light Room 5, after effects CC - all trial Versions).

I use a Macbook Pro with Mountain Lion 10.8.5. All software up to date.

Thanks for the screenshots. In the third screen shot, the SOUL export settings dialog box, I see content in the window, two sets of dark gray checkerboard; This seems to match the screenshot of your computer except for the light gray background. In my eyes, you do not receive all black, you get something that is very dark.

I can't check it on screenshots, I think that what can take you, it's that the model background color is not used by SOUL. It is fair to call cela a bug, there is a purpose here: display of the background color would obliterate the alpha channel for what AE comps are used first. We must improve it, so that the user has an option to display the background color of model or not. But for now, do not consider as part of your model background color.

So if you put a new solid at the bottom of your layer stack with the same color as the background of your comp, that solve the problem? Or I am barking the wrong tree?

  • CS6 Illustrator artboard export 1 pixel off size

V16.2.0 64 bit, windows 8, creative cloud, all installed updates

OK... not a beginner as I've used Illustrator since ver1. Also been beta tester software for various software companies, so good to find bugs, but it is bugging me ... I did some research and found several similar positions, but none has a solid solution, and although my test is not always reproducible.

My test thru seems the only way work plans to export correctly when you create a new document... These workplans always export correctly.

Sometimes when you click work plan tool and a plan of work manually it works sometimes properly, but not always.

When you resize the toolbar of transformation or the transformation dialog box, it will always export a bad size... sometimes only in one dimension size and not both, sometimes in both

Ive tried all the different Councils of people have mentioned in other posts, erased prefs, tried with & without constrain proportions, align the pixels

Workplans set purge 0. & make deals with Board graph export by 100 on a daily use... so this is a new problem of relativaly

'Save for web' export correctly to the size of the artboard, but I'm dealing with several plans and work with the command export with 'use of work plans.

So to test I resized all work plans down by 1 pixel and then exported, and it has exported the size I resized to... so thought to resize it to the size I needed, and the problem came back... very strange bug and not anything I try... well concorde also consistently a thorn in my side because I need export pixel perfect.

I thought about it. Took me over an hour, but I got there in the end.

Click on you're your work plan tool in Illustrator (shift + o) then it allows to select a jury of art. At the top of your screen should be of four input boxes (X, Y, W and H). They must be whole numbers, so if you have moved your boards of art around them are probably sitting at random values such as X = 30.23 and Y = 55,82. Choose the numbers after the decimal, and remove them.

If for some strange reason, your H and W are also defined to fractions, you must change these integers as well.

  • Sound loops in black video when you use SOUL

I came across a problem where whenever I have export something out of creation using Adobe Media Encoder export that will make the reading of the last second of the audio over a second 1 video black which is placed at the end of my video. First, he shows, there is no audio under the black video and when read in first will play without audio, the same goes for when I export straight out of first, the black video will play with without the audio as it should. To be clear, I want the video to play with sound, but for the 1 second of video at the end of black, there should be no sound. He does this correctly during the first direct export, but does not work correctly when you export through SOUL.

Ive tried and have not been able to find anyone else with similar problems. It comes up with several files all different with different content. Changing the rendering of the software at the GPU and vice versa also don't change anything. I also tried to remove the folder, preferably with no luck.

  • 'Error compiling movie/Unknown Error' when exported.  Great list of ' things I've already tried ' s

Alright, move to the bottom line here, I spent the last hours 3 juggling with clips and sequences of trying to get my VERY average project to encode and export.  I get the dreaded "error compiling Movie.  Unknown error message.  But there are a few details as to where it is tripping when exporting; more on that later.

Technical details: iMac, 32 GB of ram, Nvidia 780 M 4 GB, SSD from all around.

First of all, a list of "Things I've tried."  Which many were inspired by multiple threads, I've already read:

-Make sure there is not still images exceeding the size of my project (1080 p) settings.  Initially, there was one, it has since then been swapped for a completely different image/picture.  Still unresolved.

-Make sure there is no offset image drop-down conflicts happening between clips and my settings.

-All images is 1080 p, so there is no scale happening (not with any of the effects either).

-Switching to export "in/out sequence" export "entire sequence."

-Created a new sequence, dropped the sequence published in project parameters matched, tried to export from there.  Same question.

-A tried to make CBR instead of the variable.

-Tried to use all the rendering engines (software only, CUDA, OpenCL, etc..)

-At least a few other things too, but it's so darn late now for this reason, and so I'm so tired that I can't remembering everything.  I'll gladly take any suggestions and report back.

Now, I mentioned we're listening at a specific point.  I often read that he goes somewhere around 70% through and is approximately the same in my case.  He arrives at a specific clip/couple of clips and blocks in almost the exact same task.  I messed with these clips too many times to count.  Initially it has been remapped both with keyframes, so I changed it to a constant speed without keyframes. nothing.  Had a directional blur on one of the clips, so I completely; and no change.  I think I tried other things with that particular section of the timeline, but as I said, I'm falling asleep here.

Please. Help.  I'm very, very, very close to deserting a ship to FCPX total after so many bugs and crashes (it is not the only issue that hinder the project, as many of you know).  Currently, I am a user of dual-app, different applications for projects depending on how how "inside" I need to get, or if I work with different people on different systems.  But I need something that is RELIABLE.  This is supposed to be a professional software and probably priority #1 for professionals is reliability.  At least in FCP almost everything runs very smooth, and I did not yet have a "can't f * ing finish a project" problem with her.

I'm sorry, please excuse my behavior; I'm frustrated.

    We have progress!

So, I've discovered some interesting things (maybe not interesting for anyone who has had or has solved this problem before, but new to me).  It is a long summary of what happened, but I want to explain how I came to the conclusion I did:

First of all, I took advice from Colin and created a new sequence with the troublesome section, removed all the audio clips.  I thought I could try so suggestion of Ann at the same time, so I deleted FilmConvert not only the effects but ALL the effects of the clip.  The settings include: Filmconvert, directional blur (which a clip has the sum of retouching), speed of adjustment (without keyframes), then an adjustment layer with a very small amount of sharpening applied to it.  I did not remove anything from the adjustment layer.  I then exported with only "Export video" checked.  It worked.

So, I really wanted to try to pin-point, in hopes of helping someone else in the future.  It's when things are interesting.  So I went back and started around, keeping the audio off the coast and little by little the effects removed.  He went down to the directional blur, which I completely spaced the same mention, because I forgot a little on this subject in the middle of all this (sorry about, 100% my fault not to mention blur; some of you could see as the issue immediately, had I mentioned).  With everything, but directional blur applied, it has exported.  I even put the audio tracks to, re-checked Export Audio, and everything worked well.  So the blur effect seems to be the question... or so it seems.  Another interesting thing that's happened is that for one of the first attempts to export without audio, I left the blur effect but take off FilmConvert.  It worked as well.  Finally, my last attempt was to export everything, audio and video and all the effects, however, this time I noticed that on the second clip in the sequence I had accidentally put the blur directional above FilmConvert in the effects Panel (the other clips there like the last effect applied).  So I moved it back to the bottom of the chain of effects.  Of course, it worked.

Finally, and above all, I tried full export with effects in their place.  SOUL crashed, twice.  Frustrating, but unfortunately enough widespread lately.  However, the project is export straight out of first, first try.  Feeling very relieved.

I guess my question now is... Why?  Is - this common with all the effects in the first of blur?  To summarize what the section of the clips looked like, it's just a quick moment of time being accelerated x 5, with a slight blur to simulate an exaggerated movement too vague.  Yes, I do usually this kind of effects in After Effects, with more control and better results, but the project is a quick and informal editing, so I don't bother at first.  A big thank you to all who contributed to the discussion, if your suggestion has directly touched the issue or not, it's the community to commit that really matters.  I hope that son like this can get small bugs like these resolved or help someone in a similar situation to learn how works the effect controls panel.  Nevertheless, there is useful information on this topic, for sure.  Thanks again to all who have helped me learn along the way.

  • Change to several files in ME export destination

I think I must have spaced and forgot how to change the export destination for several files in ME all at once.  I looked through the manual and couldn't find a way to do this, and I know that I've done in the past, or at least I think I have.  I don't know I'm missing something obvious.

    Thank you... Jim Watt

    Hello

You can do this in two ways - depends on what you want to do.

    1. If you want to put multiple files in SOUL and change destination to exit for them:

-Simply select all the files you have in the f.eg SOUL. pressing ALT + A on your keyboard

-Then click on the destination of one of your files path

-Choose destination that you want to select and confirm that Pope

-After that all your outouts for all of your files should change for destinations

    2. If you want to select a main destination for all of your files that will allow you to put the soul at any time:

    -Open the SOUL

    -go to Edit/Preferences

    -Select Specify output destination (1)

-Browse for the destination you need (2)

    -Press OK

-a from now on, any file that you import/implement SOUL will set out for the destination you have selected

Hope this has been helpful - yf you have any other question, I'll be more than happy to help you. If my post has resolved your problem - please mark as correct - by practice that will help you find the answer to all those who have the same problem.

  • DCP export fails

    Hello!

I can't export with the new STC Wraptor plugin, for what I saw am not alone, but I have seen no response on the subject after a lot of research, so I post here:

Since the beginning of the SOUL export fails:

"A low-level exception occurred in: Wraptor DCP (Export).

    Error during export

    Video compilation error.

    Unknown error. "

So I'm a little lost, such error encrypted can not help me find the source of the problem

my video is 4 ' 43, so I don't think there is a time limit.

It is square pixels 1080p25, 48 kHz stereo sound

For my setup: 4790K i7 CPU; RAM16Go 1.6 Ghz; 256 GB SSD HARD DRIVE. Win7 64-bit. First CC

    Thanks to you all!

    Tom

If you are lining up at the SOUL of the Organization, please try to disable the option "Import sequences in native mode" in the preferences of the SOUL before queuing your project.

Also, I hear some reports that STC fails over a period of time.  If you change the duration of your export, do you still see the problem?  Or you can try some different sources for code to see if this problem is specific to a given substance?

  • Export the image as a picture quality (72 dpi only?)

    Hello

I did experiment with the recording of images of films, but it seems that they cannot be exported to 72 dpi, which makes it identical with a piece of screen basically.  So the question is to know if we can save the high quality images for printing.  I imported a movie in APP was extracted from a DVD, and recorded in mp4 format.

    Thank you!

    Gustavo

    Santa Fe, NM

    Gustavo,

Let's go to this subject in a different way. You use words and we use words and I don't think they mean the same thing for you as they do for us. This is the number of pixels available and I have a feeling that you are looking to create more pixels for what you would call a higher resolution. Stick with me for a while and I think I can clarify this.

You have a video from a DVD. You brought it in Premiere Pro. Let's assume for the moment that this is a standard definition DVD, so you either imported in 720 X 480 or you imported in 640 X 480. You did not, so these numbers may be wrong. But we will use 640 X 480 for example because it uses square pixels and therefore easier to do the math.

Export the 640 X 480 image by clicking on the button to export the image (small camera), then open this file in Photoshop. Under Image / Image size, you'll see a window that looks like this:

Someone to video, the important part of the image window is the pixel Dimensions. We don't care anything else. The resolution of 72 pixels per inch is incidental to us.

However, if I wanted to print the image, things get interesting. As you can see in the window, if I print at 72 pixels per inch, I get an image located at more than 8 X 6 inches. The problem is that nobody prints at 72 dpi. We print at 300 dpi or more.

So what happens. Instead of a nice printed in large print, we get something much smaller as shown below.

Basically, we get a big stamp.

What you may be asking, however, is how to get an image of 640 X 480 pixels, expanded to a size that would print this image, using 300 ppi, to size 8 X 6. The word for that is not exactly resolution. Not for us. The word that is upscale. Make it bigger. More pixels. Pull pixels out of the thin air and assign them to the scene in the picture.

The answer to your question is probably quite simple. No, you can't get better resolution, unless you it upscale in Premiere Pro, and it is not the right program for the task.

It upscale in Photoshop. Or buy an app party designed for high-end frame grab something you can print to a decent size.

  • Body, SOUL, and CUDA: what is really going on here?

I bit the bullet and picked up a new Quadro 4 K for my Mac Pro.  The videos we do with Premiere Pro will include a multi-cam small-scale, PiP CUDA processors may help clear with.  However, I am a little puzzled by something: what is really going on here behind the scenes, so to say?  I can't to this question from the point of view software/computer geek, a montage of a video.  I am sincerely interested in what happens between body, SOUL and the nVidia card.

First of all, I asked this question in July.  At the end of the thread, Todd said that if I have the tail export with the SOUL, then the rendering would be done by the CPU.  Very good, but something happens with the SOUL and the nVidia card.  If I enable the GPU in the body and then export it through the SOUL, the newspaper of the SOUL looks like this:

    -Source file: Volumes/users/jvp/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/Multi-Cam Test.prproj
    -Output file: /Volumes/Users/jvp/Desktop/multi-cam_1.mp4
    -Preset used: Custom
    -Video: NTSC, 1920 x 1080, 29.97 FPS, out interlaced
-Audio: AAC, 160 kbps, 48 kHz, stereo
    -Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, target 6.00, Max 10.00 MB/s
    -The source is désentrelacée
    -Encoding Time: 00:20:09

If, however, I disable the GPU in the body and export the same sequence by SOUL, the paper reads:

    -Output file: /Volumes/Users/jvp/Desktop/multi-cam-no-cuda.mp4
    -Preset used: Custom
    -Video: NTSC, 1920 x 1080, 29.97 FPS, out interlaced
-Audio: AAC, 160 kbps, 48 kHz, stereo
    -Bitrate: VBR, 1 pass, target 6.00, Max 10.00 MB/s
    -The source is désentrelacée
    -Encoding Time: 01:18:32

A notable difference in time.  In addition, during the first export in the SOUL, the GPU is definitely used to about 33 percent or more.  Clearly, it's something.  What I'm curious to know is: what?  It is the rendering of the PiP while SOUL exports video?  Or...?

    JAS

It is the rendering of the PiP while SOUL exports video?

Yep, it's what he does. Steve Hoeg, one of the engineers of Adobe that works on this kind of thing, mentioned in a recent thread that exports pending SOUL of Premiere Pro and material while MPE/GPU acceleration is enabled will take advantage of GPU acceleration. It's a good Thing (tm).

I don't remember where the wire is where Steve mentioned that, but Todd actually had it wrong in this case. That's fine, since we were all working in the hope that Todd was really the situation. That is why it is so big, when the propellerheads (I say that with affection) pop here and the value of the record straight.

Bottom line: you get exactly what you paid for--actually, maybe more!
