The rather in my book is the SigmaTel C-Major Audio version 6.14.1.3835, it should be the latest version. Can someone help me with this problem? At the moment I'm not shure even if it is a hardware or a software problem. Thank you

  In my opinion, you should check exactly when this question appears and must try to reproduce the HDMI sound problem.
  You should concentrate on the audio source and the software that runs when you connect the laptop to the external monitor TV.

  Also I recommend that you perform the tests after the system has been recovered to factory settings.
