Sound echoes of speakers

Why sound echo on everything that comes out of the speakers?

I know there is a setting in windows somewhere who will be the echo of everything that comes out of the speakers. I don't know where to look.

Probably you have activated inadvertently a few audio enhancements.

Go to WMP and make sure that everything for improvements is off, and do the same to other music software you can have (WinAmp, Real, etc.).

See you soon,.

  • Third attempt to answer to sound echo

Please is - can anyone give me a solution or point me in the right direction!  The sound on my new inspiron laptop is horribly resonant and I can't listen to music or follow the speech, because it seems that the speakers/performers are standing in an echo chamber.  I tried to download a new driver, in which case it's fault, but the system won't let me do.  I tried the technical support I can't contact.  I have classes online to follow and commitments of the music and I have a nice new computer - I can't use.  There must be someone out there who has the answer.  I try to avoid another long period without it taking over the shop, but it is looking more necessary at the time.  Please can someone help?

I do not have the answer, I know, but I'll give you what suggestions I can think of. These are not in any particular order.

    > There are effects of echo in the webcam software, so check to make sure that they are turned off.

Start > programs > Dell Webcam > laptop integrated Webcam > Dell Webcam Console

Look for a tab at the top on the left saying 'effects', in 'sound effects' and uncheck the enable box.

    > If you have an optional program called something like Creative Sound Blaster X - Fi MB - it goes by different names but similar - it has reverb settings, so check to make sure that they are turned off.

    > Audio equipment and the driver on your Inspiron M5030 is Realtek. I don't know if this driver has any ability to reverb. I doubt it, but you might want to look to be sure.

    > You can try a simple UN-install/reinstall the audio driver, who must be able to return to the default settings. Find it in Device Manager and right-click on it and select uninstall but not the option to delete the driver files. When you restart Windows will rebuild the driver from the files on the hard drive.

    > Or download a new copy of the files. You said 'system' will not let you do this. The driver is Realtek R270020. After you press the download file button, you should see a pop-up window that gives you the choice of how to download, if you have not previously checked the box "remember my choice". Select option 1 download to your browser and you should have no problem. The 2nd option of using Dell Download Manager is usually the cause of download problems.

    > It would be that your microphone is picking up sound from your speakers and replaying with an offset, causing the echo. Try to turn off the microphone.

    1. click on start
    2. click on all programs
    3. click on the Dell Webcam
    4. click on Webcam Central to start the program.
    5. in the lower right corner of the Dell Webcam Central window, click the drop-down arrow next to the picture of the microphone Microphone selection. Make sure that she is silent.

    > Or you might be able to turn off the microphone in the sound Properties dialog box. On the recording tab, if the mic array is listed, turn it off and choose another device for the default recording device

    > If the audio worked normally when you got the computer, before you make changes, you can return to the original factory configuration and get the sound to work right if all else fails.  Instructions are on page 62 of the M5030 configuration Guide.

  • Satellite C655 - no sound on external speakers

I just bought a Toshiba Satellite C655 and I can't not all the sounds from my speakers.

I do, however, by small internal Laptop speakers. I looked at the configuration of the card its (Conexant CX20671) and cannot find a way to select a configuration of external speaker. I use the good line jack (not the headphone jack), so I'm really confused as to what is the problem. What is this audio driver compatible with my external speakers (Logitech Z-540)?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello

Just a simple question: have you tested other external speakers or headphones?

I mean if the internal speaker is working properly, it's is not a problem of playing the sound because you can hear the sound.
So in your case I test headphones and try to update the audio driver from Toshiba Web site.

  • Satellite Pro A60: strange sound coming from speakers

    Hello.

My brother has a Toshiba Satellite Pro A60 - my old laptop. However, it has a strange sound question. I wiped it a few months back, and the sound worked fine. However, after a week or two he suddenly started to sound like the speakers were blown out.

I made the assumption that stakeholders were indeed blown and connected to external speakers - but they made the same noise! I was wondering, this sounds like a card his fries, or a drivers/software error?

If it is a mistake to sound card, the sound card can be changed?

    Hello

without changing the card its couldn t, it s on the motherboard and if you want to Exchange, you must exchange the motherboard together.

First question: did you always guaranteed on this machine?

    Then my suggestion:

Back up the data on the machine, the recover with the recovery CD and then the noise should be gone. If not, and if you still have warranty on this machine, so it would be better to bring the machine to a service partner for a checkup of material.

Give some feedback if you have any additional questions.

  • Satellite L755 - 1 CD a very silent sound from its speakers

    Hello

I would ask for assistance if there is what I can do to have a very powerful sound on my new laptop Toshiba satellite L755 - 1 CD.

I put the speakers at the highest volume possible, but sound from its speakers is very, very quiet, so I can't listen to music if I am just a few meters away from my laptop or when my friends call me on Skype.

Sometimes I can't hear the sound if I'm not very close to the laptop. It has to be really quiet in the room that I hear music or talking to someone on Skype. The sound is not bad, just too quiet.
It has speakers onkyo and I thing that they don't work well, or the volume control is not properly set.

PLS, let me know if I can improve the volume elsewhere that in its volume control (I put the volume louder) or can I save somehow if my speakers are working properly.

    Thanks in advance.

    > Sometimes I can't hear the sound if I'm not very close to the laptop. It has to be really quiet in the room that I hear music or talking to someone on Skype. The sound is not bad, just too quiet.

Have you noticed that silent sound using Skype only?
If Yes, then I would recommend checking the settings of Skype.
There you will find the audio options for microphone and speakers.

In addition you can got to control panel-> sound-> the Read tab
Here, you mark the speakers press the properties button. New window should appear and there you have to choose the levels tab. Here, you can increase the volume level too.

  • Qosmio F50-108 - rustling sound in the speakers for a second or two

I recently purchased Toshiba Qosmio F50-108. I am very satisfied; the only thing that bothers me is the rustling sound in the speakers. The rustling sound appears only occasionally on higher volume (system volume) and Winamp or WMP volume and lasts for a second or two. It is not such a problem bi but it's embarrassing to hear the rustling all the few minutes when listening to music.

Harman/Kardon speakers have also some reputation so I t think that rustling is normal. If someone else got the same problem with speakers, please answer.

Well, what to say, I think that it s a normal question if you want to hear music on the volume level high. Almost all the speakers would be rustle a little bit some time if you increase the volume to maximum.

But if you think it's a hardware problem, then you must contact the Toshiba ASP in your country for a control.

    Hello

Mute key functionality is provided by IDT Audio software, so the problem may be that Windows 8 has installed a reference driver that does not contain.  Often, the Windows 7 version works Ok, so I would try downloading and installing the following driver IDT.
