  I had the same problem. Initially, the mouse was mad for 30 seconds, but shortly after, it was worse. I switched the keyboard and now everything is ok.

  I Don t NB550 in front of me, but I think the space bar should work like other keys as well. If you're still not sure about that, go to a service provider allowed in your country and ask the guys for help. Guys can check the keyboard and compare it with the other NB550.   Lenovo (Agnes) is not a service procedure that is to replace the individual keys. They just replace the entire keyboard.

  I'm not aware of anything special about the withdrawal of the space bar. Because you deleted the other keys, you know what to expect.
