Spatial index error while creating an index for a column GeoRaster

Hi all

Several months ago, I inserted 12 map PNG Raster files in Oracle as GeoRaster data. I then looked into MapBuilder to verify that they have been charged, and as they appear, it seems to suggest that they were.

Today, however, I realized that I had not created an entry for USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA or a spatial index. That's why I tried to do it by using the code below. When I made an entry in USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA, I didn't add .spatialextent after the column name, web_raster_map. But while reading the manual MapViewer I decided that it was necessary to create a new entry. However, the error message displayed at the end, was the same in each case. If anyone has any ideas on what I can hurt, I would be grateful.

Is the entries abscissa-x and the ordered is wrong? Should this be X and Y, and if that resolves the errors? I've been using a script I created previously to vector data and adapting.
INSERT INTO USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA

To add an additional comment.

Tim,
You must create the index on web_raster_map.spatialextent.
The create index must therefore:

CREATE the INDEX WEB_RASTER_MAP_FILE_IDX ON WEB_RASTER_MAP_FILE (web_raster_map.spatial_extent)
INDEXTYPE IS MDSYS. SPATIAL_INDEX;

    Alan,

    Is it possible to create a Spatial Index on a column SDO_GEOM even if some of them are NULL

    Yes.

    SQL> CREATE TABLE test (ID NUMBER PRIMARY KEY, geom MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY);

    Table created.

    -- "insert a row with non-NULL geometry"
    SQL> INSERT INTO test VALUES (1, SDO_GEOMETRY('POINT (6000000 2100000)', 40986));

    1 row created.

    -- "insert a row with NULL geometry"
    SQL> INSERT INTO test VALUES (2, NULL);

    1 row created.

    SQL> CREATE INDEX test_spx ON test (geom) INDEXTYPE IS MDSYS.SPATIAL_INDEX;

    Index created.

    .. .and getting results of spatial query

    Yes, assuming that your data is valid.

    -- "Creates a 10' buffer around the point we previsouly inserted then applies SDO_INSIDE"
    SQL> SELECT ID, SDO_INSIDE(geom, SDO_GEOM.SDO_BUFFER(geom, 10, 1)) FROM test;
    1 TRUE --"our point geometry"
    2 FALSE --"our NULL"

    2 rows selected.

    If you encounter problems here, I think you can use the functions that are choking in NULL values, for example, the conversion of NULL in WKT geometry.

    How do you access data (sqlplus, application, custom, etc.)? What is the query, and we see a few examples of data?

    Kind regards

    Attached screenshot for warning msg

    You can have up to four primary partitions. Since you already have four of these partitions, you cannot create a fifth partition. You must do this:

    1. Delete a primary partition.
    2. Create an extended partition.
    3. Create logical partitions as you wish within the extended partition.
  • Error 1019043 create a sketch for database Pool

    Hello world

    I tried to update an application in Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3. When I launched it, the following error came

    Error 1019043 create a sketch for database Pool

    I seemed not to be launched; However, when I went to EAS, I found a reestructure running. I did only changes alias in rare dimensions so it should end quickly. Finally, I looked in the APP file and found an OTN and OTL my database files. I've been waiting for hours, but she is unsuccessful and my IND PAG files have not changed. What could I do?

    Kind regards

    Thanks Sreekumar,

    In fact, I tried to stop the application, but as long as it was a reestructure I was unable to do. I tried to stop the services, but it was not possible either. Finally, I decided to restart my server it was a blocking process (I did not see the esssvr or treat) as long as the single file created was OTN.

    After you restart the server, I rebooted services and then applications. Everything seemed normal, in environmental assessments are not the current process and I launched a new reestructure. It was fast as expected at the beginning and he finished properly. With this restructuring, the OTN file has disappeared and only my OTL remained as usual.

    I checked the integrity of the data and metadata and everything is OK.

    Then, that's the problem.

    MDSYS user now has not run, and select privileges on the dbms_lob package.

    You must grant privileges on this package in MDSYS.

    Note that you can run into other issues of privilege package like this, so you must correct all by the granting of the
    required privileges for MDSYS.

  • Error in creating the Service for the Service of Bussiness name

    Hi friends
    I create a custom for Service of Bussiness Service program that is used to download data from spotbilling to the BCC. The CM_Sbm_Upload service program consists of ID programs CIPBSEGP, CIPMMRDP, CIPTSATP com. When I give it to the bussiness service I get the error message

    pls help me solve this problem.

    Hello

    I have the same error during my development of a maintenance of page service.
    Please check if the cm.jar is correctly deployed in your splservice.ear and also all other deployment directories.
    You can find them in the window out of eclipse after executing the script "Deploy CM".

    When the cm.jar is deployed, check if the annotations are correct.

    My annotations are which looks like this:

    /**
     * Perform Batch Add.
     *
     * @PageMaintenance (secured = false, service = CMIMDIMP,
     *      body = @DataElement (contents = { @DataField (name = CM_SIMULATION)
     *                  , @DataField (name = XML_REQUEST)}),
     *      actions = { "change"
     *            , "read"},
     *      modules = { "foundation"})
     */

    To connect to a Service on Page, you must first create a service program and the name of 'service' of the service program must be
    the name of the annotation of service you specified in your Page Maintenance Service, in my case "CMIMDIMP".

    There are no validation when registering the issuance of service, validation occurs when you save the business.

    BTW. JD - gui.exe allows you to decompile the file cm.jar, but you will not see the annotations!
    I use 7 - zip to view the ear file.

Select open in the file menu and enter your login password when you are prompted. Then quit disk utility must be returned to the main screen.

    ☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

    ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

    Paste in the same Terminal window. You will be asked for your login password. Nothing displayed when you type. Type carefully, and then press return. If you do not have a password, you will need to configure one before you can run the command. You can get a warning to be careful. Confirm. You don't need to display the warning.

    If you see a message that your user name "is not in the sudoers file", then you have not logged as an administrator. Log in as one and start over.

    Wait for a new line ending with a dollar sign ($) below what you entered. You can then quit Terminal. Test.

  • unique index for several columns

    Hi all

    We have a requirement for our application, to add a single search box, which searches more than 1 table of different columns. The way in which we have now implemented, is the following (simplified example):
    Select *.
    WCP
    where instr(ename,:SEARCH) > 0
    or instr(job,:SEARCH) > 0
    or...

    This approach is relatively slow, of course. I want to change it, using the text of the Oracle. Can you give me advice what kind of index, must be used? Our requirement:
    -index must continue to be up-to-date (a few seconds)
    -research must be
    -case insensitive preference
    -number of columns to be indexed: aprox. 20 in a table

    I heard once you can make a function, with all the columns you want to index. This function generates an xml document, and you can use this function to create an Oracle text index. However, I can't seem to find how I can implement that. Or is there a better aproach?

    Thanks again for your help!

    You can use a multi_column_datastore, that generates xml documents as you describe in the scenes. You can also use the transactional option or sync (on validation) with optimization. See the simplified example with only two columns below that matches what you provided. You can find further information and examples for the multi_column_datastore in the online documentation.

    To check what is causing the problem, try the following steps:

    1:NTVDM method is bound to display drivers for nVidia.I suggest you to update display drivers on the manufacturer's Web site

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

    Method 2: Clean boot

    Put the computer in a clean boot (namely if any third-party software hinders the process)
    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Check with step 1 (run a clean boot):-If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.
    Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

    Note: After you find the program causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program and also don't forget to put the computer to a normal startup.

    3:Disable method and then check the firewall/security software on the system tray.
    Note: Activate the security software after the test
