  If you need to call ProcessSystemEvents in order to ignore clicks on a button depends on what you are doing at the time when and where you you undim control.  The original question came when the button is gray and more blurred in a callback.

  CVI differs from event processing while you're in a callback.  If you're not currently in a reminder, a click event will be processed when it occurs.  If the control is dimmed when the click occurs, (once again, outside of a reminder), the event will be treated and ignored and you need not ProcessSystemEvents.

  Or if you dim the control from a reminder, click the control, and then quit the recall without undimming the control, the event will be handled with the dimmed control and will be ignored (without the need of ProcessSystemEvents).

  So the big question is when you undim control?  If you the undim the end of a long reminder, then you call ProcessSystemEvents.

  But if, for example, you open a panel with a dimmed and then control it undim after something else, you don't need ProcessSystemEvents to ignore the click.

  Let's say you have a panel with a control for the user to select a file name and a button to print the selected file.  You don't want to print to be active until the file is selected, so it is dimmed by default initially.  In a callback for file name control, after the user selects a file, you can then undim the print button without the need to call ProcessSystemEvents.  Any click button print previously sifted is already been ignored.

  Hi, my computer is a Dell (Inspiron E1505) using Windows XP laptop. I had a problem of virus a few weeks ago and had to format and reinstall everything. I'm really bad with computers and apparently I did something wrong because now my sleep button is gray and my Hibernate button is missing. The two were there and works perfectly before the virus.
  I went to check the power options, and there is no Hibernate tab more.   For standby and Hibernation work, you must have at least as much disk space on your drive hard as you have RAM in your system.  For example, if you have 4 GB of RAM, you need more than 4 GB of disk space free for standby/sleep extended to work.  How much free space and RAM do you have?

  When connected to the CMC and look at a preview/properties/server status, M605 blades show the Remote Console as grayed out button, but the button iDRAC is normal.

  At the start of the iDRAC a blade, the Console tab can be selected and the Console launched very well. So nothing wrong with the connection to the console.

  The M605 is a blade of more early liberated. The M610 is actually cut, everything that follows the M610 will support the launch of the Console remotely from the CMC. The M600 and M605 does not support, but can be launched from the Drac.

• Acrobat 9 Deactivate grayed out

  I'm trying to disable a license of Acrobat 9, because this computer is obsolete and put it on a new laptop for the same user.  When I click on help > and try clicking on disable, disable is grayed out button.  I waited 1 hour and the button wasn't clickable.  I started Acrobat as admin and still no dice.  This product is not supported by phone...  I tried to talk to Adobe support, but he wouldn't let me saying they were too busy.  Wow!  I am running Acrobat 9 Pro 9.5.5 on Windows 7 x 64.

  Please help me to disable Acrobat 9...  I'll need to do this on multiple machines.

  The Firefox Support instructions below do not work in version 36. The button 'delete' is never gray State asset once the unwanted/s search engine are checked for removal. I tried one at a time and in groups, it does everything just as they suggest below.

  Delete a search engine

  Left click on the dropdown search button, then left click on the "change search settings." Ignore completely the checkboxes as suggested by Mozilla. The only function of the boxes by the search engine will make them visible or not when using the search box in Firefox.   VERY frustrated here. In the past, my use of the Adobe software was increased CONSIDERABLY by the availability of assistance in offline mode. It was can be found, hotlinked, independently operated, was well organized and VERY useful. I was able to solve problems more myself and teach me how to use the new tools.   Just installed CS6 Production Premium on a machine of Win8. Sometimes I have to edit in areas without internet. This means that I sometimes have to access offline help. I have pressing F1 and adobe help manager says "awaiting download. I connect to the net after a reboot and load the adobe help Manager. I select the products I want help for (all) offline, I select "notify me when updates to help are available," it says waiting for download on all products. The UPDATING box does not work (in gray), I've hit, and I don't see any download from (confirmed by watching the activity on the resource monitor network traffic and disk). So I close adobe help Manager and reopen it. Now, it says 'Not available' and once again the UPDATE is grayed out. Well, I don't have any help files, then it would be REALLY great if the Adobe help Manager could do his job and download them. My guess is that Adobe has a server down which communicates with Adobe help Bishop and deploys client files Adobe help Mgr. It is a basic feature and really needs fixing.

  If you click on 'Restore the standard fonts', fonts that are not included in the OS X systems is placed in a "fonts folder (deleted) next to the fonts folder.
