• The GPU acceleration is grayed out in first and AE, but not in Media Encoder. However, the rendering is slow in all 3 programs.

  It worked fine in CS6.

  Now, whenever I open a project (Pr or Ae) I get the message: this project has been modified used with accelerated by GPU rendering. This happens with all projects, even with those that I created in the Pr/Ae CC, with already disabled accelerated by GPU rendering.

  In Media Encoder, the GPU acceleration is not grayed out, but still if I made a first sequence or model ae via ME, its very very slow. (takes 5 hours for a video that took 20 minutes in CS6)

  I didn't have the time to post it yesterday, but you have found similar work around. What is happening is the decoding of earlier projects, or projects of the same version even sometimes won't boot the MPE of hardware engine. These files are cached and won't clear for this sequence until you delete the cache. 1 way to do is to replace the clips. The easiest is in the future change the EMT of the material to the MPE software and select delete the files from the cache when it invites. Then return to the MPE material and clear the cache again. That recreates the decoded files cache that often solves this problem.

  Thank you for your question. Right now, your question was refitted to the Helpdesk and to examine the issue, I will need a little more troubleshooting information.

  First please try to access the page in a private window, and then try to reproduce the problem in Mode safe, if it is not reproducible in Mode without failure, then one of the extension or pug-ins can affect scripts on this page.

  "Try Mode without failure of Firefox to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.
  

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key option key when starting Firefox.

• Impossible to completely disable a command grayed out button

  I thought that this matter has been resolved before, but it back once again.

  Please take a look at the code in the attached draft.

  If the call to "Delay (5)" is placed after "ProcessSystemEvents()" called in the A_Callback() function, B - LEDs always do anything!

  Shading or make invisible B button is not disable the command button at all.

  Only when I placed the call "Delay (5) ' before the 'ProcessSystemEvents()', the B button will be disabled.

  Just by dimming button B, without "ProcessDrawEvents()" and "ProcessSystemEvents()", will not ensure that the button is disabled.

  I'm puzzled.  What is the proper way to completely disable a command button?

  This problem occurs only in 6.0 CVI?

  If you need to call ProcessSystemEvents in order to ignore clicks on a button depends on what you are doing at the time when and where you you undim control.  The original question came when the button is gray and more blurred in a callback.

  CVI differs from event processing while you're in a callback.  If you're not currently in a reminder, a click event will be processed when it occurs.  If the control is dimmed when the click occurs, (once again, outside of a reminder), the event will be treated and ignored and you need not ProcessSystemEvents.

  Or if you dim the control from a reminder, click the control, and then quit the recall without undimming the control, the event will be handled with the dimmed control and will be ignored (without the need of ProcessSystemEvents).

  So the big question is when you undim control?  If you the undim the end of a long reminder, then you call ProcessSystemEvents.

  But if, for example, you open a panel with a dimmed and then control it undim after something else, you don't need ProcessSystemEvents to ignore the click.

  Let's say you have a panel with a control for the user to select a file name and a button to print the selected file.  You don't want to print to be active until the file is selected, so it is dimmed by default initially.  In a callback for file name control, after the user selects a file, you can then undim the print button without the need to call ProcessSystemEvents.  Any click button print previously sifted is already been ignored.

• Equium A60 - standby and Hibernate function does not

  I have a Toshiba Equium (or Satellite) laptop A60 - bought in 2004.

  The problem that I have with him, it is that the sleep feature is very + capricious. Times it usually works. At worst it's working only a small proportion of the time. Very bad moments it never works at all.

  When startup fails I open the screen and the computer turn on, I hear the fan and hard drive, but the screen is just black display (although the backlight is on in the background).
  Sometimes, the mouse pointer is visible at the center of a black screen Uni and at other times small forests of window are visible - but the screen is still black.
  The computer is in a State of brain death, and I have to turn it off and restart to get it working again.

  I need to know how to solve this problem because my A60 is getting old and so it tends to become very hot if left running for a long period at a time.

  This means that after the installation of a new OS everything seems to work properly but after a short time the night before fails again one generally, this occurs when the laptop gets hot.

  Hmm I think you should check if the high temperature does not affect the functionality of the laptop
  This is perhaps the main reason for your question.
  So I recommend to clean the vents and to remove dust using the jet of compressed air (you can get it from most computer resellers)

  In very rare cases, it would be helpful to renew the thermal grease which is placed between the cooling module and CPU.
  But this must be done ONLY by a mobile technician because the procedure of disassembly is really complicated.

  Update the display driver too. This could help to resolve the problem with the black screen.

  (2) I would use internal infrared to connect to mobile phone. Unfortunately, there is no driver or whatever installed, so IR does not work?

  (3) I had the problem that when I try to go sleep or hibernation, the system hangs up and stops. I reinstalled the laptop complete with the recovery and understood, that, when the bluetooth driver is installed, this error occurs. Anyone know how to solve the problem that the two works?

  (4) I'm from Switzerland and use cable television. I connected with the laptop and installed MCE channels via the postal code and so on... Well, it scans through all, but actually I have maybe 10 channels work proberly. on about 50 to television. on television, he works all fine, but the same line does not all channels on laptop. is it possible to use other tools to watch television? or scan the frequencies manually, then could I myself check and tune the channels myself? for example, I also use teleclub (identical to the first in Germany) and it should be a signal that is decoded on the wire. but the laptop can't find the channel or its does not work.

  As Chris said, aren't serious misconduct. You should check the manual which is preinstalled on your laptop exactly. You will find lots of information on IR, Bluetooth, Qosmio Player, etc. I m you will find a description on this issues.

• SpeedGrade grayed out button to make

  I'm trying to make in Adobe SpeedGade and I can't. I'll tab render and do everything that the tutorials tell me to do. However, the Render button never lights (white letters Tower) but there is grey and unclickable. I just updated the Adobe software and I am running Adobe CS6 Master Collection.   The problem is probably it does not find your codec instructions set up correctly OR not that the codec you chose it is quite 'there '. Right now, my machine is the thought that things DNxHD is not usable... even if it is all "loaded" and appears on the options within the Sg. But as soon as I chose a different codec that he thinks is ready, 'Render' text becomes white and makes it now. Working in the codec options a little more, all my DNxHD codecs now work that they just took some fiddling.

• Standby and Hibernate is not available

  I serve these functions for several years on my T40 2373-94U - until they have ceased to be available. Information Lenovo has not resolved the problem, not the internet in general. I have the latest version of the BIOS, and I think that the hibernation is enabled, but do not know what are the correct settings - so I'm using the default values. Power management software is up to date. Command powercfg info line shows that these functions are not available. I wonder if I should re-flashing the bios, or consider that other software (I don't know what on my system too complex) intervenes. Ideas and suggestions are appreciated.

  VEN_1180 is Ricoh and Ricoh in this system is the card reader. The driver that I mentioned:

  should these base system device drivers. If the installation does not remove these then manually update the driver for the two devices by pointing to C:\Dell\Drivers see here for more details:

  Bluetooth that I believe was optional, so you won't have a bluetooth card. If you are sure that you have one, try typing Fn and F2 a few times to see if you can enable/disable Bluetooth radio and outside, you can leave the Device Manager maximized when doing this to see if there is no change. It needs display in Device Manager before installing the drivers.

  If this fails, you may need to go to the BIOS Setup and disable it, then load Windows and turn off then repeat the process, but allowing it. To enter the BIOS F2 Setup press immediately when you feed the machine.

  The Bluetooth card is the Dell Wireless 370 and a Broadcom device. Of Broadcom Bluetooth update should install the appropriate drivers for it.

• Console Remote button grayed out for M605 blades seen CMC

  When connected to the CMC and look at a preview/properties/server status, M605 blades show the Remote Console as grayed out button, but the button iDRAC is normal.

  At the start of the iDRAC a blade, the Console tab can be selected and the Console launched very well. So nothing wrong with the connection to the console.

  • How the key of Remote Console can be enabled from the CMC? Why is greyed out?

  (BTW, in a chassis mixed with M610 and M605, of the M610 all show the button Console remotely normally, but the M605 are greyed out)?

  The M605 is a blade of more early liberated. The M610 is actually cut, everything that follows the M610 will support the launch of the Console remotely from the CMC. The M600 and M605 does not support, but can be launched from the Drac.

• The music CD I loaded on itunes is among the tracks on the album "grayed out", and only album tracks in. "BOLD" ' are synced to my iphone 5.  Any help in this appreciated.

  Only the sight of songs using the drop-down list located at the top right of the playlist. CTRL + click all empty the box to check, or ctrl-click on a square filled twice. This will ensure that all tracks are checked and enabled for synchronization or shuffle playback.

  I'm trying to disable a license of Acrobat 9, because this computer is obsolete and put it on a new laptop for the same user.  When I click on help > and try clicking on disable, disable is grayed out button.  I waited 1 hour and the button wasn't clickable.  I started Acrobat as admin and still no dice.  This product is not supported by phone...  I tried to talk to Adobe support, but he wouldn't let me saying they were too busy.  Wow!  I am running Acrobat 9 Pro 9.5.5 on Windows 7 x 64.

  Please help me to disable Acrobat 9...  I'll need to do this on multiple machines.

• Sleep and Hibernate works not properly

  I have a laptop HP running Win7 64 bit which has developed a problem when you use power-saving features and ensures extended. I rarely stop or restart the system and very rarely use Hibernate, opting instead for simply use sleep function when I close the lid. Stop and restart both to perform as expected, but whenever I try to use the sleep function, either by closing the lid or via the options on the start menu, simply, the screen goes black and the laptop runs - the fan is on and the hard drive light flashes sometimes. I waited for about ten minutes, but nothing changes. Then, when I lift the lid to wake the system, nothing happens and I have to do a closed hard. The same thing happens with the Hibernate.

  I used the system restore already to try to resolve, by choosing a restore point, a few days before the recent updates or system changes, I did but the problem remains.

  I also changed the settings in the power settings to try to solve the problem, but once again failed to do.

  I turned it off Hibernation using start, run, powercfg-h off but once again, this has not fixed the problem. >

  Any advice greatly appreciated.

  Panel configuration-Device Manager - look at the settings for the network card, WiFi, Modem power management.
