  Drop-down list not update even if the html code was changed using the meta refresh tag. The problem has been resolved by deleting the name of the list in the html code in the part of my page refresh. It's a php script, so I can do but with html directly, I don't see a way to solve the problem for others finding this a problem, FF should not do this.

  I use a Mac with 5.7 of Lightroom which is configured to store all the metadata in the xmp files. The Lightroom Catalog is stored locally on the Mac and contains only references to images and their xmp files that are stored on a network device. There is another Mac with the same setup with a local separate Lightroom Catalog and access to the same images on the network device.

  At a starting point, the two Lightroom catalogs are identical - they refer to the same images on the network device and contain the same metadata.

  When I update the properties of the image on the first Mac, these changes are reflected in the xmp file. After using the option 'synchronize' with activated "metadata synchronization" on the second Mac, the modified image properties are visible on the second Mac. It is very good.

  However, when I create a virtual copy on the first Mac, I realize that the corresponding xmp file is updated. However, even after the synchronization, the virtual copy is not visible on the second Mac. I can change the properties of the image of the original image and get these changes replicated to the second Mac, but the virtual copies remain the first Mac.

  What should I do also virtual copies get synchronized?

  As far as I know, xmp does not contain information about the virtual copies. If this method to attempt to synchronize two catalogs will not work.

  Better you should use the file-> Export catalog on a single computer and then file-> import from another catalog on another computer.

• The user has access to members, but unable to see that the members

  In our planning application entity dimension, there is a parent P1 member and it has 60 members (C), user has security at the level parent for all members under that parent (including descendants) I moved a member of another parent slot parent P1. Because security is (including descendants) I didn't give security to this member that I just moved.
  The issue is that user has the ability to see all members under this parent, except the new Member in the web form page drop down.
  
  I had security refresh a few times. I am not able to understand why the user is not able to see this new specific member.
  
  Please suggest.

  If access is through the layer of planning web forms then essbase filters do not participate, they are for access through connections direct essbase as add-in excel, but if you look at the filter gives you an idea of what security is pushed down.
  Alternatively, you can export security using LCM or exportsecurity utility and verify that the access of users/groups is quite accurate.

  I use Pages ' 09, but instructions for 3 Pages may be similar.

  Go to the Pages menu, click Preferences, and then choose AutoCorrect.

  Uncheck «Automatically use suggestions from the spell checker»

  Type the word.

  If she does not get "corrected", right-click (Ctrl-click) on the word and select learn from the menu that appears.

  There has never been a "New File" command on the menu desktop. Windows have no idea what type of file for you.  It was probably something like "Text file" or "New Bitmap Image", but none of these choices would have been provided by the support program.

  I received an indesign doc of my client, they have already imported the text (with styles) of the word to me.

  But now, I continue to have problems wit a footnotecontainer who does not want to be removed from my text box. It remains at the bottom of my text box to indesign, visible with a black line.

  I would text van voetnoot weggegooid in het vakje hotel of voetnoot-text. Maar op of pagina zelf staat voetnoot vermelding nog, en DUS squeeze somewhere I toch nog een get onderaan vak. ALS I of vermelding weggooit verdwijnt ook het vak.

  Of gemakkelijkste handle vermelding om you vinden is said:

  1. Klik met tekstcursor in het zijn voetnoot-vak.

  2 Klik daarna om het text rechtermuisknop op menu op you roepen.

  3 Kies 'Ga naar Voetnoot Referentie' (uh... ik heb een myself versie en daar heet to say ' go to the reference to the ".) I what het wel Hij staat min of meer in het midden van het menu.)

  4. of tekstcursor zou nu achter direct of vermelding like Haag. 1 x back en hij is weg.

  ALS said niet proberen lukt we wat anders.

  2. in the contextual pop-up menu, choose "go to the reference to the".

  3. Select "go to reference to the" somewhere close to the middle of the list of the menu.

  4. the text cursor moves to behind the reference. BACKSPACE to delete it.
