  1. each of you has your own local site folder identical (you do not share a network mapped local folder).

  2. in each site definition, select the Check-in/Check-Out and fill in the requested information.

  Using CI/CO, the remote site to become the gold standard for your files, NOT on the local site that is used for editing only. To edit a file, you must connect to the remote site, select a file and check it out. Once verified, this file can be changed by someone else. To allow someone else edits on this file, you must check it in.

  Only IMAP e-mail accounts sync on devices. That's how to operate these services - nothing else is required to achieve this.

  If your email is responsible for no synchronization across all computers and devices, you must have type accounts pop connect you to these accounts via a web browser and look at your options and account services. POP is such an old system these days there is almost nobody left that enemies do not switch to IMAP.

  1. Please make sure that the version of the browser on Android is superior or 29.
  2. Please check in the accounts that there is no (obsolete) account.

  I should add that if you operate the account using Pop then messages can be left on the server without any indication that they have been read. You define each customer to leave them on the server.

  However if you don't know what messages have been read, I know not how will you know which ones to delete and when to do it. Without active maintenance your server could quickly become full.
