I am running Windows 7 with Acrobat Pro DC. Recently this message keeps popping up saying: AdobeCollabSync.exe there is no disk in the drive. Insert a disk in drive \Device\Harddisk5\DR5. I tried to remove Acrobat and reinstall but installation compared to the Creative clouds returned and download a version of Acrobat DC in English with Arabic support, which is not the problem of error message, but of course then there is a problem with Arabic characters for text etc. Change the language to English in the Acrobat preferences then gives me the error AdobeCollabSync.exe. Any ideas how to fix this? That it becomes very annoying were the constant error message popping up. Thank you.

The most recent (June 2013) Java update caused this problem happen in my Internet Explorer 9. When I encountered this problem during a previous Java updated earlier this year, I managed to fix it by disabling the Java modules, as others have suggested.

I just tried the same solution again and it solved the problem again. Here is the solution I used:

Follow instructions of Tadasha Mithra (see above) in the "method 2" by steps a to c, but instead of stage d - e, I had to do the following instead: "."

d: in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Manage Add-ons. A window should appear listing your modules. In the drop-down "Show" menu, select "all add-ons". Reload the list of modules in the right pane.
e: scroll down the list until you get to the items listed under «Oracle, America, Inc.» Right click on each of the elements it and select 'Disable'.

The only way I could solve this problem in my IE9 was by disabling all the modules related to Java (i.e. by assigning everything that was on the "Oracle America, Inc." to "disabled"). But I'm not very teccy so you should be able to solve the problem by turning off only some of them.

If you are worried about the ability to disable it, you can see these two pages dealing with Java SSV helper doing and whether it is necessary:

For the particular problem I suggest you follow these methods and check.

    Method 1:

I also suggest that you scan your computer with the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware and other malicious software.

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Important: During the scan of the hard drive if bad sectors are found, the scanner tries to fix this sector, all available on which data may be lost

    Method 2:

I suggest that you go on the link disable add ons and check. Here is the link for your reference.

What is an application error, wmiprvse.exe? It keeps popping up all the time and its pretty boring. Can I get rid of him?

What this has to do with Windows Media?

    Rwillet,

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft answers community.

The wmiprvse.exe file is otherwise known as Windows Management Instrumentation.

In research, I found a few articles that might help you:

You can run your scan virus and if necessary, perform a System Restore to a point prior to the error occurring.

  • Windows 7 "Help and Support" keeps popping up.

I tried all the things in the virus check to clean start windows 7 to recharge. The help and Support windows keeps popping up. Why can not simply disable the "helpane.exe"? I can't delete it as it is. To do this I'll have to get another computer.  I had to put it in my computer to work with the pop up window, I can't do anything else!

Well, I encountered this problem and I see a lot of people ask this question, but I understood what my question was, maybe this will help you if you are still having the problem or others have the problem.

The problem I had is that there is not exactly the impression that "Help and Support" said anything, but it was, he told me that he tried to open an unsupported help file (something that we install shows a help when your connection after a restart file).  So basically, if you use an older program that has files of help that are not supported by Windows 7 or Vista, it comes up with a general help and screen Support saying that he could not open the help file, but not telling me that you or give me an idea as using that file has problems.  I worked a little with our software and knew what help file was being pulled up, I have therefore been able to stop it, but I suggest to check the help files for your software to see which ones that might not work.
