• How to combine 3rd party install and install generated by LabVIEW?

  I am developing a software that controls a thermal regulator via a USB cable connection. I use NI-VISA to communicate with him. The controller uses a USB chip, for which a 3rd party USB driver is necessary. (I downloaded from here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm)

  Now the software is finished, I created the application successfully. In my Installer, I am hoping to enter the 3rd USB driver so only installer does all this, instead of running 2 installers.

  We don't know if you're aware of this, but you can configure the installation program to include the executable files and then run the file at the end of the installation. It should be in the Advanced page settings of the generation.

  I need some information about the sound cards and labview. I wish at the outset to do some recordings in a wav file using a 3rd party sound card and do not use the integrated sound card.

  I was unable to find an adequate response to determine what types of soundcards are compatible with LV I understand that ASIO is the new favorite protocol but all the threads ive seen indicate that I would need my own ASIO drivers, build something im is not willing to do. What type of sound card should I look for to be able to use the built-in LV sound vi.

  The Vib more Sound and would be better suited and allow me to use any card? Or am I stuck with my own construction or a sound card drivers OR?

  It really depends what you are after. If you want the ultimate control of your sound card, you will very likely go down the road of ASIO. LabVIEW has the Microsoft DirectSound API interfaces and you should be able to control most of the sound equipment through this API, but DirectSound was designed with the idea and the requirements of games and simple audio applications, audio studio professional or objective of measure. Also on the LabVIEW sound screw cover all possible aspects of the DirectSound API.

  This could mean your professional audio equipment use of in LabVIEW can be limited or maybe even impossible without a real ASIO interface, because I believe that the real high end professional hardware does not always come with support for DirectSound.

  I have Norton Internet Security and PC tool Spyware doctor installed on my laptop.  The operating system is Vista 7 Home premium. 2 alerts magic network indicate that my programs antivirus and antispyware are disabled. These alerts refer to programs that come with the operating system.  It does not detect my software 3rd party programs that are running without any reported problems. Is there a fix in a way these alerts.

  could test you the firewall settings, maybe there is a setting that affects the CD ROM drive.

  I had googled around but found nothing that could solve your problem!

  The box is still sealed. Is not tampered with. The serial number is not valid according to Adobe. So now what?

  If you bought a honest person, then you should have no problem to return and get a refund.

  You can not blame Adobe for this... they have not sell you the product, and they don't support more beyond whether to provide the service to disable.  If you bought a used car that wouldn't start continue you the dealer or manufacturer?

  best estimates are,

  • Look at the level of basic compression source and protégé of the data on the core target to try to come up with a number (won't be accurate but at least it's based on something).  Accuracy will depend on several factors as if retention is similar, the same agents, the cycle of the Moon, etc...
  • Take a guess
  • Look at compression on the target and base numbers protected on this
  • Give each its own repository which wastes any space and management
  • Simply use the data base used source and hope it's the same on the target (new depends on retention / accumulation)

  That's fair enough. A key piece of information to ensure that customers understand that a private PKI gateway is (for the purposes of deployment for example GETVPN) as secure as provided by the third party.

  Private PKI is not based on self-signed certificates free - only the root CA will take something like that :-)

  That being said, for reliability and flexibility I really suggest CA (ser, CRL, OCSP, public/private key backup) to store files on the external storage to the router.

  Takeway key which is a private PKI properly managed solution for deployments like DMVPN/GETVPN others is as secure as external 3rd party services (and often the time order of magnitude cheaper).

  I use a 3rd party LMS and trying to download content.  I publish the release without any problem, which creates a file filename.zip.  Regardless of which is the file name, when I go to browse by transferred in the LMS, the name is always "ADOBE_PRESENTER".  That's why I have a lot of different packages that all look the same.  Is there a setting in the host that can be done that will make this unique name?  I talked with the support staff to our LMS, and they said they did not have this problem with other guests.

  In this case, it is really hard to determine what information is the LMS pick up to name the course.

  If we could get the information of LMS, which file is that it uses for naming during output zipped folder, we try to look into this.

  In addition, generally we have always the ability to rename our classes uploaded to the LMS. For example. When the publication of an LMS as scorm cloud, the downloaded course is always named as Adobe_Presenter and users generally rename their courses to keep track.

  I don't think, but it's easy to do it every time you visit. Simply, you click the CM then stationary on Third Party Cookies and then click temporarily allow all. Then you do the same thing, but use the option to revoke to deny again.

• 3rd party on VIXIA batteries

  I ordered an extra battery with my VIXIA HFG10 because it is bundled with that does not last long enough.  However the extra battery, I received is a 3rd party battery and it will fit the camera, but it shows me a message that it can not communicate with the camera.  This means that I can't know how long I have the battery before recharging. Should I live with?  Or y at - it a firmware update that communicates with my spare battery.

• Cannot open and view the files on a Vista Home Premium 32-bit networking machine

  My laptop running Vista Home 32-bit pre SP2 has been networked with my desktop running XP V2002 Pro SP 3 for a long time.  Until recently, the files were shared back without problem.  After a Windows Update, a few days ago my Vista machine keep gel.  After a diagnosis, I have disabled some startup software Google and McAfee and services programs and did a system restore to March 31 to resolve the problem of gel.   However, I can't restore the capacity on the laptop of Vista file sharing.  This Vista laptop is able to ping the XP machine and see and access the files on the XP machine.  But the XP machine can't Ping the Vista laptop (application expires) and when you click on the list of the Vista laptop for the task force on the XP machine, it gives the error message \\Laptop is not accessible.  You might not have permission to use this network resource.  Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.  The network path was not found. I tried various fixes suggested.  All have failed. (1) turned power off the modem cable & wireless router, restarted and connected the modem and router computers in after the computer restarted. (2) Turned off all 3rd party software and even restarted the laptop Vista in safe mode with network.  Could not even Ping the laptop of Vista on the XP machine or access the notebook icon in the Working Group in MyNetwork places. (3) Made that exception file sharing and printer is selected in the Windows Firewall settings. (4) checking network and sharing Center.  Discovery of the network, file sharing, sharing public folders, & Printer Sharing set on "On".  Sharing still protected by password set to 'Off '. (5) group named network WORKING Group on both machines. (6) the fact that individual records are always set to 'share '. (7) in the properties of wireless network connections, Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) has been disabled. (8) has a netsh winsock reset on the Vista laptop.   Am I missing something else? This problem would go away if I have upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 on the laptop / Windows 7 can network with a XP Pro machine? Thanks to all those who have ideas on what the problem may be.
