  I was cleaning up a user account that I didn't have access to the "Set Program Access and Defaults" so I deleted the icon and emptied the Recycle Bin.  When I went back to the administrator account, I found that the feature would no longer.  The icon is there, but nothing opens.  I am running Windows XP SP 3.  I tried the answer in the knowledge base to download the feature, but since it was of SP1A it wouldn't load.  How to bring back this feature?

  But it is not applied in the States of nat.

• need help to set the access rights of a vmware server 2.0.1 on vmware image

  I have a vmware (running ubuntu server 9.04) image that was created with a vmware server installation varsion 1.0.9. now I decided to upgrade to the host, which means that the host totally changed: new equipment, new OS, new vmware-server-version: 2.0.1

  My problem atm is, I may not know, what would be the appropriate access rights (chown/chmod) for this vmware image. during the installation of vmware server 2.0.1 I was asked to specify some 'administrative user' where I took the an im working with Linux itself (lets call it "user").

  so, when I copied the old vmware image in the data store (/ var/lib/vmware/VirtualMachines for me), chown-ed the folder including all files init by A, setting chmod to something like 600, the console vmware (web surface) told me that there were several problems with the image and couln can't be started etc. etc. etc...

  I played with several rights to the image and the only thing that seemed to help was setting the folder and all files included in 'root' with the command chmod chown '777'... not what I would call 'secured '.

  so: how to set the access rights for the virtual machines? I want that they have only minimal rights as possible and especially nothing like root: 777...

  My static VM files, as in those who are not dynamically created when the virtual machine starts, are the property of root, root of group with permissions of 711. Root is the user that I have chosen as the admin user when you run vmware - config.pl. My users do not have direct access to this server, so I'm not too worried about the permissions. You can give different rights for different users to different virtual machines, creating roles and their allocation to users/groups.   Uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Media Player:
  Step 1.
  Uninstalling Windows Media Player:
  1. go to start and in the search type "Turn Windows willing or not.
  2. click on "Turn Windows features on or off".
  3. search for multimedia and uncheck the brand in the face of Windows Media Player.

• Cannot open backup files. Error "user has no access privilege.

  I can't open the files I copied from my laptop on an external drive. My book, which is running XP, crashed and I had to do a complete reinstall. I had backup files copied to an external drive. I did not use any backup software, just the copy command. But now when I try to open the backup files, I get "the user has no access prvileges.

  I tried ALL of the suggestions found here, unless I missed one, such as the safe boot mode and change the settings and owner privileges. I've logged as an administrator and even created administrator accounts but still no go. I changed the parameters of the owner of the entire disk in the hope of it cascading down to the files, but still no luck. I can get the files to show that the property has changed, but whenever I try to open them, the problem persists!

  The backup drive that I used is now connected to my desktop computer running Windows Vista. Is there a program I can use to hack and open files or y at - it some part that I have not found another workaround solution?

  How can I disable this mode and access the privilege entirely stuff in Vista?

  During development, I found that it is not possible for the user to set the value of a field to enter a non-empty value to null datetime-local.

  Take for example, the monitoring scenario

  -User set a track the date and time for a task

  -L' user wants to erase track the date and time of the task.

  But the controller of out-of-the-box made by webworks offers no way for the user to clear the values in the input of datetime-local.

  I would like to know, is there additional information about this limitation, or actually, there is a way to do this?

  There is no way not to restrict access to individual tools in the workshop of SQL. Rather than give the developer-level end-users to access the SQL workshop, create applications containing data support Wizards, where end-user access can be controlled using the standard APEX authentication and authorization schemas.
