  Looks like you are using a POP email account  This type of email is not well suited for use on multiple computers.   Some e-mail providers has also supported IMAP mail that allows to synchronize completely.  Another option is to use the webmail via a browser that support most.  You need to find what are the options with your provider.

  Apps are tied to apple id and password that was used to download/purchase it.

  Try your old password and see if you can update or not.

  Unfortunately, I don't think that you'll have success with these buttons. The fact is that Toshiba use self designed utility for all FN keys features. As you know, old models of laptops are not supported in vista, and you will not be able to find and install any utility for it.

  I think you've got the third-party software installed on your laptop to configure the wireless adapter. Third-party software seems to have disabled the Wireless Zero Configuration (WZC) Microsoft service. You will need to reactivate it.
