stabilize the size of police/screen content

fonts and everything on my screen suddenly will increase or decrease in size if I brush the touch-pad for laptop. How can I fix everything to stay in the normal size? It is using windows 8 on a HP Pavilion laptop.

Thank you. Mike.

This is the useful "pinch to zoom" feature of the touchpad.  You can disable it under touchpad usually options, but which varies according to the manufacturer.  Each company laptop puts these options in different places, so I can't say specifically, you should look for.  But I can give you a good guess:

Try this:

  1. Press + R to display the race
  2. Type main.cpl , and then click OK
  3. Go to the tab hardware with the settings of the touchpad or Touchpad

If the gesture and pinch options aren't there, you would probably need to ask the company that made the laptop.

  • Can I have a bigger desktop computer the size of my screen...

    Hello

I wonder if it is possible to have an office that is larger than the size of my screen? The thing is that I use the software (to music) on a regular basis, which produced many large windows containing my sequencer, multiple windows software synths and a mixer. My screen size/resolution is 1920 x 1080, but it would be nice to have an office that looked like at 3840 x 2160, so such as scrolling the mouse a border of the screen would scroll the office in this direction. In this way, it would be possible to access different software modules, without having to minimize/maximize windows or drag windows back and forth.

This feature is available in win7 or is there perhaps some piece of software that can make it possible?

    Best regards

    Thomas

    Hello

Even if you could do that, you should be constantly drag the window to display another area.

I would recommend that you get just another monitor. You can then activate the built-in function expand mode and allows you to resize the window to cover both monitors.

I do during the creation of dual screen wallpapers and it works a treat.

    Kind regards

Thank you for using Windows 7

    Change the screen resolution

Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

For example, 640 × 480 is a lower screen resolution, and 1600 × 1200 is higher. CRT monitors generally display a resolution of 800 × 600 or 1024 × 768. LCD monitors can better support the higher resolutions. If you can increase your screen resolution depends on the size and capability of your monitor and the type of video card you have.

I use Win 7. You have no more Vista.

    Here's what I can remember...
    Reset your DPI:
Right-click on an open office space > Persoanlize > column to the left, there is an option to change the DPI > click it > click Customize > use the cursor to return to 125 scale.

I hope that my memory is good enough.

  • Exhibitor do not reduce the size of police accordingly

I have InDesign CS6 (PC) and I am working on a document created by our parent company in Germany. When I add the trademark and make exposing, it moves, but it does not reduce the size of the font of the actual registered mark. When I create one in a new file, it will work correctly. I tried to copy and paste into the existing document and it is up to the rear. I don't know there is a setting somewhere that needs to be changed. I hope someone out there has had experience with this and can help.

It comes to the existing document. The first is earlier makes exposing. The 2nd is after that that she has made exposing. It moves upwards, it does not reduce the size of the font of the trademark accordingly symbol.

It comes to the new document.

Go to the InDesign / Edit menu and click on Preferences followed by advanced Type and percent correct.

  • Possible to increase the size of police DW CC interface?

I find that DW CC interface default fonts are too small. Is it possible to change the sizes?

    Thank you.

The fonts used for things like the names of toolbar and tabs in the window are controlled by your operating system and would need to be changed it.

Used in Code view font size can be changed in the DW preferences by going in Edition > Preferences > fonts

If you suffer from not being DW is not high resolution monitor updated with super tiny to unreadable text in the dialogues of the interface and tools (not only "old small eyes" text), Adobe knows about the problem and working on a fix, but did not leave any hint as to when it will be available.

  • Change the size of my screen to make it easier to read

I have windows vista basic on my pc and I would like to know how to enlarge the print is easier to read.

Just to add to the response of t-4-2, you can also do the following.

Here are an options couple who grow all... not only in some programs.

Right click on your desktop and select Personalize. Click on "adjust font size." Select the option "Larger scale...". ». Reset when prompted. This is a global setting and will make everything bigger.

You can also click display settings and reduce the resolution, which will do everything to the bigger screen. Note that this will also reduce how much you can see on the screen. Pretty much has the same effect as the above option.
