I use Win 7. You have no more Vista.

Here's what I can remember...
Reset your DPI:
Right-click on an open office space > Persoanlize > column to the left, there is an option to change the DPI > click it > click Customize > use the cursor to return to 125 scale.

I hope that my memory is good enough.

  • My screen has disappeared and I can't get it back

I posted this problem last week, but I don't I not explained properly. While on Firefox, the page disappeared suddenly, and all I get is a picture of the page when I mouse over the icon in the taskbar. By clicking on the photo is not restore the page. When I try to use the Windows Update link for my XP computer and after using Windows Mr. Fix - It, I get a message indicating that the location where the Windows Update stores data has changed and must be repaired. How can I solve this problem?

I'm not that computer literate and do not understand what needs to be fixed.

This problem just started a few weeks when I noticed that I had any recent download automatic update that I regularly get. So I tried to do it manually through access via my control panel.

I use ESET Antivirus Node32 software.

    Hello

    1. What is the error message or an exact error code?

2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

    3. you try to check the updates?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Reset Windows Update components and then try to download the updates.

My computer screen is enlarged, and I can't get it back to normal size.

You have posted in a forum dedicated to comments on the Microsoft Answers forum site. More likely, however, your problem is with the resolution of the screen. Right-click on the desktop and select Properties, then adjust the size of the screen. There may also be more and less buttons on the front of your monitor that control the display size.
