While on Firefox, the page disappeared suddenly, and all I get is a picture of the page when I mouse over the icon in the taskbar. By clicking on the photo is not restore the page.   Check the status of the display driver in Device Manager:

  a. click on Start

  b. in the run box, type in devmgmt.msc

  (c) in the Device Manager window

  d. expand graphic cards

  e. check if an error code is listed.
