  This appears immediately after "start all".

  I found and corrected a few errors of path, but can someone point me to a definitive list, or give me another way to solve this problem?

  Am I right in thinking that the start services manually according to an order provided in windows will not work as a temporary workaround?

  I can't comment on what declare that your installation is in although if you need start editing scripts, railways etc. is there something wrong, if you want to uninstall, and then have a read of "perform a clean uninstall of EMP 11.1.2 Microsoft Windows (Doc ID 1140553.1).

• do not start the service push sample application

  Hi all, I have downloaded and installed the v1.0.0.5 BlackBerry Push Service SDK and tried to install it based on the Quick Start Guide. The first problem was that I couldn't start the Tomcat. After I double-clicked start.bat, I just a blank command window, open for 1-2 seconds and immediately close. I never had the same problem with another application using Tomcat, and can be resolved by using my own installation of Tomcat program. So I do the same thing, I use my own installation of Tomcat program. After that, I get the Tomcat service, but only service non-secure (http), not its secure (https) service. But I think that is not the problem, as long as I can still access it. Then I deploy the sample application (war file: debug-portal, sample-app and pushsdk) to my Tomcat and try to start it. I've got to start the Debug-Portal and pushsdk only, no-sample application. When I tried to start the sample application, I got this message: FAIL - the context path/sample-app Application could not be started, I searched this forum and have had almost similar problem. But those who wrote the display had the problem that all applications could not be started. And he found that it was caused by application_id. He forgot to put the id of the application during installation. I put my application_id (even if it's just false application id, 123456789012345). Can someone help me? How can I install and run the sample application? Thank for any help. PS.   Well Yes... I forgot to enter the app_id on sample-app - context.xml. all applications work now.

  This morning we received the following error message in planning when you open a form:

  "Unable to get a connection for Hyperion Essbase. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator. "

  For our UAT environment, it was enough to just stop and start services. For our production environment, all the services seem to be start correctly, but when I try to connect to Essbase through the administrative console I get the following error:

  Error [10061] network: could not connect to [BXTS131040.eu.rabonet.com:1423]

  When I run diagnostics I get the following error (see attachment):

  Validate the connection to the server Essbase to BXTS131040.eu.rabonet.com

  Error: Could not connect to the olap service. Unable to connect to the server of Essbase to 'BXTS131040.eu.rabonet.com:1423 '. Error network [10061]: unable to connect to [BXTS131040.eu.rabonet.com:1423]

  Recommended action: check Essbase server is started.

  The startup log does not say much either. Watch only a different way of exploitation forest (UNKNOWN?) and THREADS is [1 num] rather than [issue 4]. I don't know where to look for this "UNKNOWN" part in the log... see below:

  I usually start my EMP services using the script./start.sh. Once the script has completed, I am able to carry my EPM applications.

  My question est,./start.sh script does not start weblogic (correct me if I'm wrong) that how I'm able to run applications that are deployed on weblogic server? When it does not.

• .bat file changed in an .exe file that opens a file linked to the main program does not open after packed

  Here's what's happening.

  I have an add on package I wanted to pack with a main program.  The problem is that the add-on is not an .exe file so I had to make a .bat file to open it, which, unfortunately, is not recognized as a user entry point.   So I converted the file .bat to .exe file so that I could create a user to this file entry point.

  It is a situation similar to opening a word document and it will automatically open Microsoft word.  Only in my case I create a batch file for this word document and then convert it into a .exe file so I could create a user for this document entry point.

  So in my case after it's all packed to the top and I run the user entry point, I get an error could not open file.  Is that what I would call a linked file?  I'm packing up under copy writing/isolation mode and not in merged mode.

  Any ideas?

  In most cases, you won't need to run the application during the capture process. In some scenarios it will probably a solution to set some values "first round" for an application.

  In this case, you try to start a batch (bat) file. All Thinstall/ThinApp scenarios with a bat file to add this to your package.ini

  I was sent mapviewer in weblogic and weblogic configured as a windows service, but I need to manually start mapViewer whenever running Start.Bat.
  
  Is there anyway to make it work as a service or something like that?

  MapViewer is just a j2ee application deployed on your WLS server. If the JVM server is automatically started as a service, then MapViewer should 'start' too. Your WLS can have several managed servers, in which case you must ensure that the correct server with mapViewer deployed is actually started.

• Program does not run on Windows 7 Desktop

  When I go to start a specific program that has been installed on the computer using a disk, the program doesn't start, nothing happens not. I double-click the shortcut on my desktop (.exe file), and then click Yes to change Administrator box that appears. The mouse wheel is displayed for about 2 seconds, then disappears, nothing happens. It's never happened before. I had this program for a very long time and have only stopped using for a few months. It is always installed on the computer and has always worked on my computer with my power plug, so there is no reason why it should not start now. I appreciate all the comments put to solve this problem. It's really bugging me!

  Yes, if it is this problem, the administrator message is bogus.

  However, instead of uninstall an update (you can re - install later if you wanted to), try the solution of "batch file" I mentioned in the post:

  Right click on the desktop

  Click new

  Click on text document

  Open the new document.

  In what will be 'Start' paste:

  secdrv sc config = auto start
  SC start secdrv

  then click on [file] [Save as]

  Do "Save as." *

  Give it the name you want (remember .bat at the end for example 'ServiceStart.bat')

  Click Save.

  Repeat for 'Stop' but paste

  SC stop secdrv
  secdrv sc config start = off

  This time, call it something different of your choice, for example "ServiceStop.bat".

  For the moment, I have with the right button of the "start.bat", choose "Run as Administrator", enter my Admin password and then run the game.

  When I finished the game, I run the "stop.bat" also by right click and "Run as Administrator".

  Single server Clasic Essbase v 11.1.2.1

  JRE 6u23 (I know it is old - we do the upgrade).

  Sequence of events: -.

  • Applied patch 17545122 (Essbase Server Admin) and 17545124 (customer) in that order.
  • Delete the tmp folder in D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\EssbaseAdminServices0
  • Restarted services (using the start.bat - lazy yup).
  • Launched the Regional service Console in Server environment

  I can see the server when I expand the server, I get the message error: 105: connection with a token to MaxlJni

  a secondary message error: 0. the database does not accept the connection

  When I use the Excel Add-In on a client (i.e. NOT the server) I can connect, see databases, extract data. Business as ususal.

  I have of the I tried to launch the service Console client on the same Regional and got the same error (Client has Java 7u40).

  NB. When I look in the folder D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\EssbaseAdminServices0 to the folder tmp is back

  I have reviewed the patch notes and that you do not see what I missed.

  Can anyone shed some light as to what I have to do to get the Console EAS working properly?

  Please go through the following oracle support doc

  Cannot add or connect to an Essbase server in Essbase Administration Services (EAS): "error: 0 in Essbase Administration Services: the database does not accept a connection" or "" error: 105: connection with a token to MaxlJni "" (Doc ID 1469492.1)

  Cause

  Essbase Client Runtime must also be updated on the server of Regional service.  If the EAS server is 64-bit, be sure to install the 64-bit RTC.

  Solution

  On the server of the EAS, apply the customer of Essbase Runtime for your version:

  1. log in to the My Oracle Support Portal.   https://support.Oracle.com
  2. choose the patches & Updates tab to date.
  3. Select 'product or a family (Advanced) '.
  4. do a search for "Hyperion Essbase" and corresponding "v11.1.2.1.0" for your operating system platform.

  Hello

  I have a Win 7 Home Premium with VmWare workstation 10 Lenovo machine. This virtual machine is for my son to play the DOS based with DosBox games.

  I have a VM from MS-DOS 6.22. I got the MSDOS installed.

  My problem is when I go through the files on the virtual DOS machine they are no extensions on them. I have attached a screenshot.

  The Donkey_0 is supposed to be Donkey.exe

  The start_B1 is supposed to be the start.bat

  If I try to rename them I get a 65 extended error

  I use Free ISO creator make the ISO with all files.

  Internet research basically says that the error is a network error.

  Any ideas appreciated.

  EMP-heating contractor installs a single startup script in MIDDLEWARE_HOME/user_projects/epmsystem1/bin, called start.bat | sh. run the script of single boot on a machine in your EPM deployment system starts all services of EPM system installed on this machine.

  To launch the single launch script from the start menu, select Start, then programs, then the system Oracle EPM, then Foundation Services and start the EPM system. Run this script to start on each computer in your environment.

  Created a lot on each machine (file1.bat) leader to create a queue (file2.bat) of lot for a launch of a page to start windows.

  This is the content of file1.bat:

  To run a command as Administrator file, you must click on it & select run as administrator.  Despite being connected with an Admin-level account, individual actions like yours needs as the run as Admin permission.  This is the way Windows works.

  

  You cannot add anything in a batch file to run as an administrator.

  You will see the system's responses to your batch file by adding a last line containing just the word break [test]

  "Wish only to send the file1.bat for users" - you must give them instructions to run as admin.  Since the instructions are necessary in all cases, then you might as well keep it simple by sending them a shortcut in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder and url of msn [shortcut].  In your email, you can tell them to use the first shortcut [Startup folder] to get to the good copy of place and then * the second [msn url] in there, giving approval to the Admin when / if * it is called for.

  Some target computers may have lower security settings [settings "UAC"] meaning permission Admin is not necessary, but since you do not know that in advance, you will have to warn that it may be necessary.

  If there are multiple users on each computer only one of them has to do this on each machine.  You must choose a user who is either an Admin user who knows the password for this computer.  If you ask each individual user to do this, then only the first will be something to see; others may follow your instructions, but they will see that it has already been done and he can stop then.

  On a x 64 Win2k3 server I, which ran HQ 3.2.4 Agent very well, I have installed the new 4.0.2 agent, tried to run the AC - agent.bat and received this error message:

  \hyperic-HQ-Agent-4.0.2\bin\... \bundles\%j\bin\hq-agent.bat. was not planned at this time.

  in the last major version there is a Wrapper new Service from Java (JSW) in lieu of the hqagent.exe

  Your path is perhaps the problem:
  C:\Program Files (x 86)
