  Before trying to solve it, you need to know why this happen. As far as I know, this camera comes with DirectX V9.0C. Have you had this problem before the last installation of DirectX?

  Are these lines just at the time when you start the game or all the time?

  You made recent changes to your Tablet? Have you tried to install Windows 10 or run and updates of Windows at the time it started?

  You should be able to access the Recovery Manager by turning on the Tablet by pressing the Volume down and the Power button at the same time. If the touch screen does not work to select the Recovery Manager we can confirm it's a hardware problem.   My Tecra M2 does not start. After the toshiba logo, a series of zeros (0) appear all over the screen.

  -suspect it is caused by a virus, I formatted the HD (in another PC), but still the zeros appear

  I think we can exclude HARD disk failure because you are able to format it in another computer.
  As you suggest the RAM modules has been replaced but the problem persists
  So in my opinion, a motherboard problem would be possible

  But as you know, it of really difficult to say what might be exactly wrong
  I think that the technician should check the laptop then it would be possible to say what part is malfunctioning

  In any case, I think a motherboard might be affected

  I read your post on the issue with the laptop won't start does not and wanted to help you!  I understand that the screen is damaged and you are using the external monitor to view the screen.  However, now that the laptop does not start, you can see is more of the external screen to see what is happening.

  From my understanding, you should not be able to see an image on the external monitor, until you start the operating system.  You can try to perform a system restore by using this document:

  HP computers - performing a recovery of system HP (Windows 7)

  You may be able to follow along, long enough until the image is displayed on the external monitor.  Otherwise, you can contact HP support by phone, for additional options.

  Last night, something happened and the power strip with all the strings of my computer was turned off. When I turned it on Windows took a long time to start. I tried several times to boot mode safe but it freezes when it loads the files "Windows".   Power outages can damage the equipment.

  I suggest that you see if you can save your data > do reinstall a factory.

  If this does not solve your problems, then it points to a hardware problem.

  With a CV, you press F11 repeatedly at startup to start the recovery process to factory settings.

  It is not an option with Sony that lcoks your phone when you face the screen down. Check the smart locks, have you configured something there? Also, check how much time is left until it crashes... This could be the problem. If none does not work, then an app that is the cause. Check your recently installed applications. If all else fails, reset your phone but make sure it is supported up to... everything will be erased.
