Startup message
I get a message the SYSTEM 32------auqagwcn.dll is missing.
What it means?
Jesse, I did some research and could not find a reference to the message that you receive. I suggest your programs run Antivirus and spyware to see if they determine that it is malicious.

Hi all
I encountered this problem (I don't know if I can call it a problem), with my Z2, when I turn it on, then next turn, or when you restart the phone, once it has finished up the boot sequence, it shows me in the middle of the screen a message saying: powerful communications, your messages are changing... and another... and inside text , it makes me enter my phone number with country code... and hit ok... but it looks about 6 times, hit ok for six times before it disappears! Thank you!
Start safe mode and let us know if you encounter the same startup message

hot to turn off Java after the startup message
Hello world
I know it's a bit old, but I couldn't find an answer to it, or maybe I searched the wrong topic. After the reboot, I still get this warning window saying "to use the"java"command line tool, you need to install a JDK.
I ElCapitan and recommended Java installed since Mavericks version, but the message never goes away. The used warning window is displayed only after restart, but now he appears randomly during normal use of the laptop. Please help me to get rid of
You have software that requires the Java command line tool? It is only in the JDK you will find Oracle's Web site.
Check your/Library/LauchAgents and /LibraryLaunchDaemons for startup like facebook or similar items. Also, check your user settings (users & groups) under your Log - In for Autostart-software items after the connection.

Weird startup message "fixed disk:" X 240
Hello
Today, I went back to my holiday work, and when I turned on my X 240, I saw this start message:
http://i.imgur.com/0DDFIZe.jpg
Then I pressed Enter and it just booted normally. What it means? Is it possible that she has been manipulated?
Should I worry about this?
Thank you!
It is the diagnostic screen that you get, disable boot in the bios then go to the Startup tab and look for the boot if Mode so-called [diagnosis], then replace it with [fast] and then go to restart exit save changes that must disable the diagnostic boot and you should get only thinkpad splash screen and then start windows

startup message... Windows shut down to avoid damage
locked system, when the previous stop, had to press the power button / stop... on said boot messages Windows has shut down to prevent damage to the computer, at the bottom of the screen, it says disable the driver and then update driver - says to disable the following driver: kdcom.dll - address F967115E to F9670000 database. 4e408293 datestamp.
I also tried a restore of the system several times and received the same message at startup. I will try to disable Norton as noted during my research of the problem and try another restore of the system.
Here there is a self-diagnostic and repair on windows updates - I don't know what caused the problem, where/what it is; or how to fix it.
Hi Marty,
· Have you checked the problem in safe mode?
· The computer starts finally on the desktop?
Method 1: Try to start in last known good Configuration advanced startup options.
Method 2: If you are able to boot to the desktop, you can update the computer with the latest chipset drivers. Also, update the other drivers for devices such as graphics, sounds etc. Log on the computer manufacturer site to do.

How can I fix a startup message "msvcr71.dll" in xp home edition?
Windows XP Home Edition 2002
The message above showed up after we had followed advice to fix the message "msvcr7.dll".
Does anyone know how to fix this please?
Hi StuartCurran,
1. What are the steps that you have run on the computer to solve the problem?
2. What is the full error message that you receive?
It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.
I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

Startup message: "No Media".
Today, I tried to start my G5, and on my screen, there is an icon of a hard disk with a message "no media".
I hear the ringtone to start and the noise from the hard drive goes, but then nothing.
I tried resetting the PRAM (Option, command, P, R) and heard the chime twice, but still, "no media".
The last thing I did before yesterday off the power was back up to an external hard drive.
Running OSX 10.7.5
Can not enter in the window "about this Mac" to provide more information, because I can't turn on the thing!
I looked inside the top drawer but could not find a hole for a paper clip, so I can't try to reboot from the original operating system.
Tried to contact Apple Support, but they do not recognize my serial number, which is strange for me, unless my Tower is so old that they just do not cover it no more.
I'm squarely in the "end user" category, so I know what else to try.
Any help that can be explained in simple terms would be invaluable!
Carol
We will understand if you are in the right forum. If you are running OS 10.7, you have a Mac Pro, not a PowerMac G5. If you are unable to "about this Mac", see how many doors in the car you have:
For example, a door or two? Internally, the two models are very different, so go in the appropriate forum will allow you to avoid advice is that may not work on your computer.
Please let us know what you find and, if necessary, we can ask guests to go on to your question.
I looked inside the top drawer but could not find a hole for a paper clip, so I can't try to reboot from the original operating system.
Try to hold down the mouse button while you start. Who can open the door of the car.

SA40-702 satellite: startup messages
Hello
Until recently, I experienced no problem with my satellite SA40-702. However, while starting I started getting the following messages, which appear before the Windows XP best wishes...
PXE - E61
Media Test Failure - Check the cable ofPXE - M0F
Exit Intel Boot AgentWhile no obvious problems occur while using the machine, its obvious that these messages should not be appearing. Someone had no previous experience of these message?
Any help/advice gratefully received.
Concerning
Peter.
Hi Peter,.
The PXE - E61 message ususally indicates the laptop tries to start from a LAN attached rather than the hard drive or the CD source.
First check the boot order in the BIOS (press and hold F12 for the market) and make sure that your boot order has your hard drive as first or second device in the list before the connection to the local network.
If it is already defined in this way, then it is likely that your hard drive is corrupt because the system can't find the boot sector (or can't read).
I presume that you can boot from the CD (since you say that you tried to reinstall XP. Did you use the recovery discs for your laptop or a Microsoft XP disk?
Kind regards

I tried not Microsoft Update, but it's better than Windows Update? I'm setting up of machines and having to restart not less than 5 times after the installation of SP3. Surely, there must be a better way...
