State of power failure - Blue Screen Of Death - Windows Vista driver
My computer broke down 5 times, twice on 16, then once 18, 21 and now today, January 31, 2014.
Thank you!
All attached files of the DMP are the bug check DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) .

Blue Screen Driver IRQL blue screen of death Windows 7 Ultimate edition and Windows Vista
original title: BSOD Driver IRQL blue screen of death Windows 7 ultimate and Windows Vista
I get the BSOD, and they are different every time.
I had originally Windows Vista on my pc (HP m8300f) and it worked fine for 3 years until last month, I started to have these BSOD.
So I thought a new clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate would solve the problem. Well, I was very happy to get the new operating system installed, but a few hours later that darn BSOD appeared and im now distraught.
What is my RAM? My drivers? My hard drives?
Computer IM but I'm certainly some type of technology. I have basic computer knowledge and that's all.
You can download minidump files and find the information system here in this zip file http://www.sendspace.com/file/mfx420
This issue is very very irritating and has ruined a lot of my work.
Well up to now (18 hours) my computer has not had the BSOD and what I did is that I removed 1 GB of ram for my motherboard. Their were two sticks of 512 MB. I took them both. Now, I have 2 GB of ram running in my system and had not had a BSOD or an error after you have done this.
What is the problem with my ram? I now have 2 sticks of RAM on my motherboard and both are 1 GB each stick. What is the mix n match that causes a problem all of a sudden? My computer came with this stock of installation. I also noticed the ram I got were the brand Samsung and the other on my motherboard are another brand.
Well idk I hope it was my problem. We'll see.

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.
This "might" be a power problem, even if this isn't the most common cause - in this case
It seems that the PSU could be the fault.9F is probably a driver issue. Security/antivirus/antispware programs can also cause these issues.
Have you added the recent devices or the updated drivers - don't forget to check in the Windows updates to see
If a driver has been updated before this happen. This can also be caused by a loose card or cable
and even a weak power supply. This error means that a driver does not properly support the power state. Check in Control Panel - device

and WIFI - healthy and others - tab power management - uncheck allow the computer to turn off.
Maybe the only has a problem.Start - type in the search - find MSCONFIG in top - right, click on – RUN AS ADMIN
General tab - tick this box start Diagnostic - APPLY / OK - REBOOT
Try it now. If the computer still blue screens thinks that video driver. Otherwise think the card NETWORK, Wifi, sound, or...

Various blue screen of death windows 7, Asus laptop
Experts/dear Microsoft community,
Recently I had some problems with my laptop. I tried reformatting and everything but nothing seems to solve the problem long term, brief (2-3 days)
My computer crashes (blue screen of death), whenever I play big games online. Games such as Company of Heroes, or Dota 2, etc. If I don't play these games solo (offline) I have no problems. Also all other programs work perfectly.
I have a feeling that it has to do with my Asus laptop drivers, I tried to update, restore and re - install, but without result.
To tell you that as the scenario for the crash: I start the game, I log on online, join a game. Then after 20 to 25 minutes of play online with no loss of FPS, it auto-shutsdown the game with absolutely no message, followed with an accident soon after, sometimes immediately.
Here's the accident report I got the program: Whocrashed
Look forward to hearing your suggestions.

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------13 dumps were found and analysed. Only 10 are included in this report. 2 third party drivers have been identified to be the cause of breakdowns of the system on your computer. It is strongly recommended that you check the updates for these drivers on their corporate Web sites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates these drivers:
athrx.sys (Atheros Extensible, Atheros Communications, Inc. wireless device driver.)
atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, ATI Technologies Inc.)If no updates for these drivers is available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand name and model of your computer as well in the query. This often gives interesting results of the discussions of the users who have similar problems.
Read the WARNINGS GENERAL topic for troubleshooting failures of the system for more information.
Note that it is not always possible to say with certainty whether a reported driver is in fact responsible for crash your system or cause is in another module. However, it is suggested that you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows Update or activate the automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of defective material is originally wrong, a Google search on the errors of control of bug with the name of the model and brand of your computer can help you to deepen this review.

Bug control description: This indicates that an error occurred serious memory management.
This could be a case of corruption of memory. The corruption of memory more often happens because of software errors in the defective drivers buggy, not because of RAM modules.
The accident took place in the Windows kernel. Maybe this problem is caused by another driver who cannot be identified at this time.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------7 dumps were found and analysed. A third-party driver has been designated to be the cause of breakdowns of the system on your computer. It is strongly recommended that you check the updates for these drivers on their corporate Web sites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates these drivers:
dxgmms1.sys (DirectX Graphics MMS, Microsoft Corporation)
If no updates for these drivers is available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand name and model of your computer as well in the query.

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 2-1/2 years, with XP Media Center. Last night at the start, he went to the Blue Screen of Death. I tried to restart about 10 times, each time by selecting a variety such as 'use last known good Configuration, Safe Mode, Etc.' nothing works. Get to the point where the windows flag is waving in the wind (may be waving goodbye?) and then hangs at Blue Screen of Death.
To make matters worse, this is the only hard drive, I have not saved for a few months and I can't seem to find my recovery/boot drive... I swear to you that I made a copy when you are prompted 2-1/2 years ago?
in any case, I started press F12 and got to the dell diagnostic interface. I ran the tests in the Section of the blue screen, and almost all categories of hard drives contained errors. I tried Googling some of them and almost all of the shots indicate disk hard death is imminent.
So, anyone have any ideas how I can:
1 retrieve the data
2. get Windows transferred to another hard drive (without having to buy a whole new copy)
Any help is appreciated deeply... only 3 weeks until final and just lost a huge amount of assignments for my grad. school...
Thank you

Power failure blue screen of Windows Vista - driver
Hi all
ASUS laptop computer under Win Vista Home 32-bit Edition. Have 2 problems:
1 power driver blue screen failure.
Please see my 2 Dump files to:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5c4subvkhw2lryf/Mini031615-03.dmp?DL=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/qsd0nv61yer4e3b/Mini031615-04.dmp?DL=0
After studying this problem it seems it has to do with the USB drivers? I have no yellow question mark in Device Manager.
(a) it - I have to refresh battery USB? If yes pls show me how?
(b) do I avoid Windows update to reinstall the drivers on the original from ASUS drivers? If yes Pls tell me how?
(c) do I reinstall the drivers Asus? which device?
The problem could be related to a HP mouse wireless connected to the laptop? It always worked fine until I disconnected and reconnected.
2 laptop won't wake up from sleep, I have to use the switch to close.
Appreciate your help.

There are two related issues here. First associated with snp2uvc.sys generic PC Camera Driver and secondly to Kaspersky. I update the reader of the camera (your is 2007) aware and remove Kaspersky and replace it with MSE >
Kaspersky is a common cause of BSOD.
I remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials if you use vista or win 7. If you are using win 8 or higher, I would use the built-in Defender.http://support.Kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/kavremover10.zip

What is the problem: "Blue screen" means in Windows Vista Home Premium?
I had a problem before in 2009 that says my computer has an unscheduled stop called 'blue screen '. It happened when I had the lid closed and when I close it, the computer can host until the cover is in place, and that's when the error occurred. It didn't happen, but I would like to know if it will happen. It happened twice before and I have the data on it. (Also, no solution ever since.) Anyone know what this means and how to prevent it from happening again? Thank you!

Hi, landfills are almost 1 years. Why are you asking me now?
The accidents were caused by the driver of keyboard and mouse PS2 (i8042prt.sys).
Do you still use these devices PS2? If Yes, try to avoid them and only use a keyboard and a USB mouse.

Blue Screen of Death - Windows 7
Hello world!
I'm really upset with my laptop, these a few days ago. Recently, I had the BSOD over and over again. I use Windows 7 (32 bit) on my HP 14-d008AU. I also looked for answers on the web, tried everything, and I still get this BSOD.
He looked enough like this (I guess).
Can someone help me with the please my problem?
Thanks in advance! I waiting for your answers.
And then I just already this ut myself. So for all those who are going to have this kind of problem. Before you do all these things as the restoration of the system or other method of troubleshooting. Make a troubleshooting first material. What I did was removed the RAM, cleaned with an eraser and brushing decision-making. After that, simply put in its place. Since I did that, I never had the BSOD again.
I hope it will work for you too!

Try it now. If the computer still blue screens thinks that video driver. Otherwise think the card NETWORK, Wifi, sound, or...

Lenovo z50-70 used power up after the blue screen of death on windows 10
Hello Sir/mam,.
My laptop wouldn't boot / lights up once the blue screen of death appeared this morning.
I am browsing and suddenly the blue screen appeared and I remember in the written form 'system error' and the laptop will restart. something like that. I can not really remembered the exact error. But I'm sure it's the BSOD.
When I tried the laptop powered, the power light was for about 1-2 sec even with the fan, and then they continue or let's just say that it will not feed. I've done several times, but the result is the same.
I also tried the solution on what I read here in the forum. "Press and hold the power down for about 30 seconds."
I tried too many times but it won't work.
Please help me to LENOVO.
Thank you
Thanks for the reply. I already solve the problem. I already did what you said so many times, but did not work.
I just discovered that one of the ram is not working. That's all /... case closed

We had a power outage in our area, the computer was on and running, got the blue screen of death with the following:

It is a precautionary measure before the step follows because things happens. ;-)
Then do a repair installation.

If the repair installation does not work, test the equipment to ensure that none have been damaged during the blackout and then do a clean install of Windows.

Paviljoen dm1-3125ed: power adapter causes a blue screen of death
Regularly, I get a blue screen of death on my portable entertainment dm1 which is 4 years old now. After lots of research and the elimination of the possible causes, I discovered that the problem only occurs with the associated map. When I work on computer only battery seems fine. I replaced the power supply, but that has not solved the problem. Any ideas?
I have upgraded to Windows 10 some time ago and the problem seems to be resolved. Probably a driver problem which was solved by the upgrade.
