• Tecra M3 - black and white points

  IM problem with my Tecra M3,

  I have the Toshiba logo came fine.
  Then a bunch of black and white, (its windows when crashed and gives you option in safe mode) but you can't get out of the text, I only know because Ive delt with computers crashed before.

  Start windows XP SP 2 basically there is a white bar at points vertically and scroll down.
  Then finally goes blue screen of death and reboots.

  I changed the HARD drive with my old operating system if it is not a virus, I've agreed with the ram, which is 2 x 1 GB sticks.
  Ive tested individually and together, and yet I still get the same problem I mentioned above when I start my computer.

  If this isn't a virus or HARD drive, it is not the ram, what is the problem here? The screen looks fine with the toshiba logo (no points from top to bottom)

  What do I need to fix? What is broken?

• Collage of texture color to black and white in a layer mask

  Hi all

  First time poster long time lurker here.

  I'm pasting a layer of color in a layer to texturize mask a shape I've done, I've created. Whenever I have the Option + click on the layer mask and then paste the texture, it sticks in black and white instead of color, see capture below (forgive the watermark) of the screen:

  If I understand correctly, layer masks are black, white or gray. Is that they hide or show parts of the layer according to the value of your gray of the mask. They are not in color.

  MY older iPad has changed color in the negative as opposed to a positive image. I could change this in black and white.  How do I change back to color if settings > general > accessibility > invert colors does not solve the problem?

• 23 Firefox with JWPlayer shows video in black and white

  Just upgraded to FF 23 Win8 running. Videos using JWPlayer now reproduce in black and white with a vertical bar on the RIGHT side of the green screen.

  YouTube and other videos work fine.

  It is not a problem with the video source that I can upload them and they display properly. It runs only in a page of FF.

• My screen seems to have gone out.  Everything worked well then there black and white vertical lines on the screen.  Had to make a hard stop, bury ashes hold the power button. Now no display

  When scrolling with the mouse, periodically the entire screen turns into black and white lines. Page sometimes together, sometimes just from ads pictures/side. If you continue to scroll disappear but you need to scroll to where the lines have begun, it's hard to explain, I took 1 picture of the problem but will have more photos that I can, I love how Firefox works on my computer, it has always been the best browser for my needs.   I have problems with Mozilla Firefox 12 and Windows 7 in a laptop special. The problem is that the Firefox window with a pattern of black and white stripes.   You have not mentioned the operating system you use and the settings are specific to the operating system you are using.

  If you are using MAC OS X, follow the steps mentioned in the document to change the print of"grayscale" settings or black ink only: http://hp.care/2dmOsTp

  If your computer runs windows, follow the steps mentioned below to change the color to grayscale options / black-ink only:

  • On the file menu in your software, click on print.
  • Make sure that your printer is selected.

• Photosmart HP 6520 - print in color, not black and white

  I have had this printer for some time and configure options so that it used only the black cartridge unless I put it specifically to do otherwise when I wanted to color.  It worked well and I could switch between black and white and color very easily.  A few weeks ago, the printer started to ignore the options I would set and printed in color.  I double checked the parameters, and the printer is always set up for black and white, but now it completely ignores and still print in color.

  I tried the settings at the time of printing, and that indicates that the image in black and white, it still prints in color.

  I haven't added any software or made any changes to my pc.

  Can someone help me with this, please?

  I suggest to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.  Once you have run the tool successfully, try again the configuration in black and white.
