  The first thing I would do is reset my workspace. I doubt that you did still personalized workspaces, so pick one (or more) default values and see if that brings back the tools.

  The second thing I would do would be to reset the preferences file.

Then the printer stopped seeing the network altogether, even let me get entry in the WPA. Tried to reset the default settings, no help. This thing is now just a HP boat anchor?

  I will only talk about headers and footers from Salah has already said how to set your preferences for the new defaults and I do not indexing in my work.

  You asked if you use tables, and the answer is no, unless it makes sense to do it by the nature of the header or the footer. Headers and footers are normally set up on the master pages by adding blocks of appropriate text in positions them where you want these headers or footers appear. The master page objects appear on each page of your document is based on this basis. You can add text variables in executives who will find the style of text on the page in the document and insert it in the header or footer, as well as things like page number markers.

  Make sure what you do your frames large enough to accommodate the largest number or text string page you will encounter. Variables are a single character for purposes of formatting, and the text that they pick up will not break across lines, so you can wrap the text that accumulates on top of itself if the frame is too small. I'm not a fan of tables in general because I hate their formatting, so for a header or a footer, I'd probably use individual text blocks where you might think that multiple cells of a table of a line would be appropriate.

  Yes it works and basically make you the same way you would on a physical computer, or between two physical machines.  You insert the QuickBooks CD and install QuickBooks in the Virtual Machine Windows and then you can use a USB Flash drive to transfer a copy of QuickBooks company data file and or file to backup QuickBooks company from one computer to the other.  It's as simple as that.

  You can try creating the profile on the computer wireless... Assuming that your computer is windows XP, follow these steps...

  Click Start > Control Panel > network Connectionr > click on wireless and click Properties... now, click Add, enter the name of your network SSID/network, select the security type and enter your network key and click Next... and click ok or apply. Close all windows and see if you can connect to the Internet wirelessly...

  From your description, that you don't know do you have actually the license... seems someone gave it to you.  You might have a hard time selling Support from Adobe.   Licenses must be officially transferred through Adobe.
