  I got my Z3 2 months ago. I had no problem before recharge, it is used to load fine, but after 3 weeks, he began acting strange during the loading process. It happens with wall support and PC support, I even tried the factory reset but no luck. I do not charge wireless or a loading dock, use only the USB cable.

  If it's the windows index service you can turn it off via the admin tools Control Panel.
