So, I accidentally bought membership for an application and it won't let me stop the composition, how to stop the composition?

    I had at the beginning of the contract for my final year at the University of Birmingham City and it was great, but after graduating in June, I was expecting just the contract ends in July, or at least receive a talking e-mail auto-renewal.

    I contacted a member of the customer service team today and they did not help the least of all, they did however try and offer me another membership! I looked around and finally found a lot of people who have had the same problem when it comes to penalty of cancellation fees and how it is difficult to leave their membership.

    I am so disappointed and angry about this, that I intend to let my University and social media know the TRUE nature of accessions from Adobe and what I discovered on the difficulty, is to cancel your membership, your membership renew automatically and never be contacted on charges increase and renewal and automatic stop membership penalty. It could just open peoples eyes like lock of the Adobe people in contracts and do not have the intention to treat your respect by keeping informed you, but rather of you surprised by the increase of taxes and fees in your bank statement!

    It would be good to know if anyone else has had these problems.

  • One year membership CC has stopped working.

    In November I bought a CC a year of membership, but he is now saying my trial ran out. I checked online and it says still I have a one year membership, I also checked my Bank and my monthly payment is yet to come.

    You must remove all entries. do not any adobe-related entries. These entries are responsible for this problem.

    You may not be able to change the etc folder hosts file, so that you may need to move the file anywhere else and change.

    Then replace the file to the folder etc. Once you have confirmed there is no entry of Adobe then launch your products and check.

  • WHY? -help please -: "just a reminder that we need to check that your membership is activated. You have access to Adobe first CC in offline mode, but if you do not connect to the Adobe server within the time displayed, your product will stop working.

    It continues to be. I have same troubleshooted with an adobe employee... but it keeps popping up. I tried disconnecting and then back into creative cloud - but that doesn't help either.

    I'm not interested in a subscription to CC, but looks like it may be my only option.  What happens if I sign up and cancel my subscription after a few months, then re - subscribe a few months later?  My libraries LR presets, collections, etc. will still be in tact?  There are cancellation fees or other penalties?  As an infrequent occasional user, this pourrait to be an option.

    Adobe offers both stand-alone CC in Lightroom versions.

    Nothing happens to your photos or changes or tasks that you create collections and presets (and any other work you have done in Lightroom).

    Here are the annual plans. You can pay monthly, or the full amount at the front. Yes, I think that there is a penalty of cancellation.

    Looks like you're wanting to cancel the renewal of your subscription to Apple's music. The process is described in the following Knowledge Base article:

    Disable the automatic renewal, cancel your membership

    If you wish to cancel your subscription of Apple's music, turn off the auto-renewal.

    Your membership may be renewed if you don't turn off your automatic renewal 8 hours or more before your renewal date.

    On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    1. In the music application, press your profile icon in the upper left corner.
    2. Click on View Apple ID. You may need to connect.
    3. Under subscriptions, click on manage. If you have more than one subscription, type on your membership (membership of music Apple) to see your membership options.
    4. Under renewal Options, disable the automatic renewal. Confirm your selection, and touch done.

      If you don't see the option to disable the automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
    5. Press done to return to the screen of your account and then press done to return to the application.

    On your Mac or PC

    Click to open iTunes and sign in to your account, or follow the steps below:

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Click Connect and enter your Apple ID.
    3. Click your name, and then select the account information in the menu.
    4. Re-type your password.

    On the account information screen:

    3. The right to automatic renewal, select off. When asked to confirm, click on disable.
