  You can activate the Fax to PC using digital Fax Setup Wizard. I've provided the manual and on page 57, it provides all the steps you need to implement. OFFICEJET 6500 a.

  I have a Photosmart Premium, but guess it would be the same question for all devices with a fax.  I would like something to fax in Word or another program without first printing.  It seems that if I send something from Word or another program to the printer and the fax printer, I should be able to avoid the step of printing.

  I can't find a solution to this anywhere and my attempts to ask this question of the HP support resulted in them telling me to uninstall/reinstall the software and various other things, but they never answer my question.  I sent 9 e-mails back for them at this point and they still don't get the question or dance around her.

  If you look in your printers folder, you see 2 printer icons? We say "HP Photosmart premium", and the other will say "HP Photosmart Premium Fax. Print the document to the fax printer icon, and you will see a window on your PC to a fax and the fax number.

  If you don't see the Fax icon above, then reinstall the complete software for your printer.

  IF you use Outlook.com you print this way...

  1. go to your Inbox

  2. Select the desired message you want to print

  3. in the top of the message itself, you can see options like New, Delete, Junk, response, etc..
  Please select the three dots (...) next to categories

  4. click on print

  5. a preview of the message is displayed and also printing options.
  (Don't forget to click on "all pages" for multi page emails.)

  I'm sorry you have a problem with the vertical lines in the ADF.

  Try to clean with water and lint rollers. There is also a glass of small strip (rectangular) when you lift the lid. Also clean.

  Preflight correction which was mentioned before the introduction after Acrobat 9, so your version of Acrobat, does not allow it. From my experience, ranging from A4 to letter (or), in most cases, the content doesn't have to be put across, and you get away with just resize the content of the page. As you discovered, resizing via dialogue culture only works if you're trying to end up with a larger page size, but ranging from A4 to letter will make a size of your smaller page and the other more. For this reason, Acrobat you cannot do this in one step. What you can do, is extend your page size while it is the width of a letter-size page, and the height of an A4 size page, and then in a second step just harvest the letter size content by removing 0,347 "high and down.
