  I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 that I received today, and I got the Netflix app for Windows store a few hours ago. The first time I tried to stream a TV show he played very well for about 30 seconds, and then the image froze while the audio continued.   Before going back to my University all my apps worked very well. But when I'm back and rebooted my laptop, they don't work anymore. The apps Store open at all, and when I open the app Store itself, just displays the splash page and returns to the start screen (some have had this problem, too).  I tried all the methods suggested here on the forums (convenience store app, refresh my PC (twice), msconfig, wsreset.exe, sfc/scannow, etc), but none of them have worked.  I've even updated the operating system does not work today (known as Patch Tuesday) but as always.   My app Store kept crashing (get out before even showing animation "loading") after I updated to Windows 8. 1. after having tried all of new updates of the Bank reset (returned an error of remote procedure call), I found this fix that worked:

  Re-register the app Store by running a command window and typing:
  PowerShell - ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage - registry DisableDevelopmentMode-$Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  I hope this helps others in this situation.

  This is very unusual.  Two thoughts come to mind.

  1. Your storage space is too full?  Check the settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (in storage).  Make sure you have at least 10% (hopefully more than 15%) of total storage of your iPhone for free.

  It seems that, with the new version 8.1, this problem has been fixed on my machine from RT.

• Why my app crashes when in the dialer?

  I recently had a few crashes at reception or to make a call on my motorcycle g xt1032. I get a pop up saying unfortunately "contacts ceased." I am still able to make the call, but the pop up still until I press OK. Its really annoying that I have to press OK every time before answering a call.

  It's the recent updates of Lollipop for Google + which allows to create the questions and the Contacts app crash when you use the dialer on and outside. Very pretty darn boring and the last update on Google + do not resolve this problem for me yet. The simple but awkward solution is temporarily disable or uninstall the Google app + until they fix this annoying bug. It seems that the issue is not there when phones are updated to the lollipop, but it's still pretty boring for us with slow update schedules.

  TL; DR - disable Google + and the problems disappear!
