Store the result of SQL in the local file?

Hello
Is it possible to store the results of SQL (executed from ksh scripts) in the file on the local client (server not DB), I know how to do in SQLPlus, but want to simpify process using existing script .ksh calling Oracle and exec any SQL.

Is this possible?

TX
M

Well, you always need SQL * more:

#!/bin/sh
sqlplus -s username/password@tnsentry << EOF
set trimout on trimspool on tab off echo off feed off verify off pages 0 lines 20000
spool result.txt replace
select * from emp;
spool off
exit
EOF
exit

NOTE: code not tested, not Linux/Unix to play with for now

    Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Community Forum.

    Based on the information, it seems that you try to use a program to block programs installed to access the directory folder for writing and My Documents only for the reading of the code.

    It would be useful that you can answer these questions to help you further.

    1. you try to write an access program directory folder for writing and My Documents only for playback?

    2. How are you trying to code this program?

    I know that there was a problem at least on an older instance for the shell, however in the latest versions is should be fixed. Have you tried with the proxy as parameter suggests the error message? Also "-d" flag provide you additional details of debugging. Then try something like:

    java-jar javacloud.jar - user username - fs - id oracletrialXXXX-TR javatrialXXXX - dc US2 - hp host: port d

    This is a help your device-related topic: Adobe Acrobat help for iOS: managing files and folders

    Saving files locally

    To save the files locally on your device:

    • Use iTunes to synchronize the file to your device.
    • Send an email with a PDF attachment to yourself and open it with Acrobat Reader.
    • Download the file to your device via a 3rd party like Dropbox service.
  • Preview in the browser opens the local file instead of the url in DW CC 2015

    In 2014 Dreamweaver when I defined a site, I check it too remote and test server since they are the same. Once I finish editing I use Ctrl + Shift + u to upload to the server and if it is not still open in the browser, I press F12 to preview, and he opens the url. In 2015, Dreamweaver, I uncheck/remove the test server and leave only the remote server for so I have a defined test server, whenever I have downloads on the server automatically (which is annoying if you're not done with your changes yet or you have a little time of latency on your FTP connection). It's bulky, since it's a habit whenever I have some changes and download only when I'm about to test the changes. With the undefined testing server, when I press F12, the DW redirects to the local file instead of the URL defined in site settings. Now, I have to type the full url for each page I test. It is an approach back the previous version. Either enable in the browser preview, open the real link, as defined in site settings or please have an option to disable the auto push when recording. Thank you!

    First of all, you are right in your new configuration that remote and testing server should not be in the same.  It is not a good habit to get.  However, without a test in place server, DW will only use the local file to test because you don't want to push the Webcam page live on the server until it is complete.  In this case, DW creates a temporary file that you can view on your local computer.  In general, it is recommended to have a test server, if that exists within your local environment with local installation of WAMP/MAMP or Windows Server.  Or a specified test server environment that is not accessible to the public where you can test.

    In addition, to save them automatically download to the server and overwrite the file direct download or not, those are 2 settings to DW within which can be displayed/hidden.  First of all, in the DW preferences, there is a setting for "Preview in browser".  In this context, there is a checkbox to choose whether to display a preview with a temporary file.  If you have no other choice then to use the server as a test platform, you probably want to check this box to preview using a temporary file rather than overwrite the direct file each time.  Then if you go to the server management and change your test server, go to the Advanced tab and uncheck the box for "check automatically download files on the server.  This will disable the download file automatically the file on the server when you save, allowing you to download only when you preview and test.

    Bingo-test - this is a safety feature to prevent the shockwave files accessing your file system.
    You can disable this security feature by placing your project published in the folder called «DSWMedia» shockwave

  • How to get a glimpse of the local file

    DW is currently set up for a preview in the browser using the file on the remote server, which is not what I want.
    I spent the last hour looking for the preference that will direct the browser to display a preview of the local file. Will someone please tell me the right preference?

    This means that you have set a test server for your site. You probably
    does not need one. You develop static HTML pages? Or are you using
    ASP/.net, PHP, CF, or JSP pages? If the former, and not the last, then
    delete the definition of the site definition test server (just set it
    No) and who will take care of it.

  • 404 error when viewing the data on the local file

    Hello

    In the www of the project folder I have file app.xml with some data deserialized when the application starts. I use jQuery GET to read the parameters as in the example:

    $.get ("app.xml", {function (data)})

    $("#mac").val ($(data) .find ('macAddress') [0] .innerHTML);

    });

    The question starts with trying to serialize the new data in the file. The easiest way is to use the POST method (I tried also to XMLHttpRequest and FileWriter):

    $.post ("app.xml", {function (data)} ")

    .find('files').Append $(this) (data);

    });

    When I run this function, console responds with a kind of access problem (while get works very well):

    POST http://192.168.1.11:3000 / App.xml 404 (not found) send @ jquery - 2.1.4.js:8630ajax

    I've read about similar problems, the solution was always plugin whitelist cordova. In my case it did not work, in the browser, or the android app.

    config.XML:

    < plugin name = "cordova-plugin-whitelist" source = "MNP" spec="~1.2.1"/ >

    (...)

    < access origin = "*" / >

    < allow intention href = "" * "/ >"

    < allow navigation href = "" * "/ >"

    < platform name = "android" >

    < allow intention href = "*" / >

    < / platform >

    It seems to me that I miss some privileges to write data, but it's weird for me that it does not work even in the browser. How should I properly store the parameters of the program?

    You are not allowed to write in this directory. You can watch using the plugin file to write parameters to the eligible repertoire, or seek a solution as Local storage for you.

  • RH8 and where it stores the project files

    Hi all, I'm supporting some of my colleagues in another country who need to connect to my HR project through our local corporate network remotely. The project is using Robo SourceControl 3.1 and HTML RH8 (webhelp). They're running Win XP SP3 (I know, I know).

    I can get them connected to the project the RSC OK, but when you open the project in RH8 it takes hours and hours! The local store of the project is a local drive, such as c:\RH8.

    They have admin permission on their PC.

    We noticed a thing, it is that the files in the folder C: drive are also somehow their way in Office user profile (desktop icons are disabled on the installation of the company). The profile is stored on the local network and fills his profile space - but I suspect that it is also the cause of the epic slow.

    Any ideas on how I can stop HR mysteriously taking c: in the user profile?

    You may have already done this, but have you tried to remove the. PCD file before opening? Who can help a bit.

    Is there something custom in your project: large attachments generated HTML files, etc. ?

    Take a bow

  • Opening folder stored on the local file (working on the intranet) Server

    Hi, after several hours of searching online and every solution possible workaround I could think, I ask the community.

    I am trying to replace the word by muse to work to rebuild our wiki or intranet maintenance. The problem I have is that when I try to create a hyperlink to a file stored on a network file server, muse will always change my way to weird code... If I change the code in dreamweaver, it works. Problem is everyone must be able to change the "site" so that dreamweaver is not an option. I tried to insert html code but it messes with my layout and I am the only mechanic with some COMPUTER skills so we can not go this route. I need to make a link to lets say "Y:\procedures". Muse will change either to http://Y:\procedures or C:\Users\madjoe\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts\Y:%5Cprocedures. I really don't understand how microsoft word can he do it perfectly but muse adobe can not...

    I that this is impossible, we usually pay for muse and try to get something else.

    I you thank all in advance and I hope that you will be able to help me.

    I don't really get how microsoft word can do it without fault but muse adobe can not...

    It is a matter of point of view, I'm afraid. As far as Muse is concerned, it awaits your URL for proper server paths, not the local filepaths and given that, solve the network path mapped to its native folder URI and characters for the hex code conversion is actually what to expect. You don't have that here on misunderstanding how actually the Word does not have things just in specifications and relies on many specific Windows Automation. So whatr, where appropriate, all right, you have just expectations wrong. Regarding your real issues, you can at least do precede your URL with the file:// Protocol Manager and use the correct URI notation with oblique, but at a fairly general level that you will always have problems with your overall approach. You should really consider the activation of a local web server and configure it to manage all the paths of files while serving as a go-to-global map for all employees. Your pages are going down, anyway. Instanxce what for if a resource is not actually mapped to a drive Y: on one of your computers? The overall approach is prone to errors 1 million, as, I must say once again, you are effectively closing a lot of security of Word Automation. And to compeltely ruin your day with more bad news: change your development environment won't solve all of these questions. You may be able to fix some URL, but the other stuff is probably still not going to work as she would be relying on the DOM of Word template and other things.

  • Store the RAW files on a network drive. It work?

    So I have a problem with my wife :-). We working with photos and currently have all the photos and the LR library on a single computer.

    The database and the vignette prevs are on an SSD drive in order to speed abd that RAW files are the classic storage. The problem is that we defend whose turn it is to use the desktop computer. So I thought to share the same RAW, DON'T SHARE THE SAME LIBRARY photos.

    1. my idea is to have two computers with SSDS and first double the library so that we start with the same set of parameters and photos.

    2. then I install the disk with RAW photos on a network drive: a small server, a router with connectivity HDD etc and point both libraries at the same place

    3. then I'll work on my wife library and mi on hers. Libraries will change gradually from their content, but RAW photos will remain on the network drive.

    QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE:

    1 is current wifi technology fast enough to deal with this type of use? SATA drives are faster than wifi, I guess, but I notice a big difference assuming the thumbnails (previews) are stored and generated on the local machines?

    2. can anyone suggest what equipment to choose in order to have a disorder of the system operation without?

    3. is there a way to protect RAW to be moved to a different location or renamed files? For example, my wife creates a folder and import photos there names and he "birthdya of my children." I know that she often made mistakes in order to my computer, I will import the folder to my library (to have access to the same set of photos) and change the name of the "birthday of my children." This will rename a folder existing physically on the HARD drive so my wife can no longer access it once the name of the folder has changed. Any ideas to avoid this kind of problems?

    4. is there a feature that allows LR watch certain folders for new folders\files automatically so that when my wife imports a new photo session, it will automatically appear in my library as well?

    In general, I would like some feedback from experts if my ideal is OK or not. Or perhaps there is another solution to my problem? Cloud Internet storage is out of the question because my internet is not that fast (I live in a forest area and not rely only on the wireless internet, cable or fiber optics).

    Answers

    1. It depends on your wifi connection, I think. Certainly some wifi will be fast enough. I think that the only way to know is to try it.
    2. I'm sorry, I can't
    3. In your operating system, you can lock the files (make it read-only), but of course this can always be overridden. The best approach, in my opinion, agrees that once you give a name, the rule is that you cannot rename it. And beyond, even better would be to use keywords, captions and other metadata structures to organize instead of the folder names, in which case rename in your catalog is not a problem. (Of course, there many other benefits to using Lightroom structures to organize instead of organization record)
    4. Yes, you can set up a "spy case" in Lightroom so that it will automatically import new photos in this folder.
