  I have a panelTabbed on the page and one of its content to the tab must be filled, so that i have included content in panelsplitter, so that only the content of the tab gets no printed not the entire page, I also have an af:table in the tab of cntent as follows

  The problem is that the table gets stretching correctly on the content tab, but not in the page opened with showPrintablePageBehaviour, the table border extends well but not the columns there is plenty of extra space after the last column...
  So, how can I do extended even in printablepage... ?

  With the help of JDeveloper 11 g (11.1.1.0.1) I would like to be able to have an af:panelHeader component that contains an af:table that is stretched out on all available width (and height) on the page.

  I don't know if that answers your requirements of "height". I was unable to see the height correctly, perhaps its because there is no line!

• Report Generation Toolkit Table Row height-MS Word

  I have a problem affecting the height of table row in the report generation tool. I can set the width of the thin columns, but line height seems to remain the same, no matter what I put it. I have attached the VI that generates and formats the table and print it's catchy. I've also attached the template file that I use.

  Advice for it to work well? I'm doing the cells exactly the same height as the text inside.

  So I essaye.2 and it did not work.  So I went to Word to change it manually, and it doesn't work anymore.  There is a selection box in word, for the properties of the table, which appears as default value 'at least'.  When I have it changed manually on 'exactly' in word, no problem with le.2 manually in Word.

  I hope that this can be set in the model, for all new tables inserted.  I don't know that the generator report VI sets this property.  Well, that's a start for the question.

  You can go in the table add VI and expose the property.  See photo.   However, you must decide if you want to 'upgrade' this VI to expose this property or make a copy with the exposed property at all times.   I not messed with new reports of class too, so not sure of ins and outs with that.

  I think that's the problem with the line size becomes smaller.

  A method like this?  The attachment is saved for 2011 sice, this version is not installed on this computer I can't see if there is a real problem with the methodology in 2011

  I might be misunderstanding your goal, but if all you are looking for is at the height of a table to a specific number of lines, all what you need to do is:

  SetCtrlAttribute (ATTR_NUM_VISIBLE_ROWS, n);

• Table reading - synchronization problem

  I'm reading froma serial port and generating an indexed table 1 d. (each elemt is 1 read frasme). Now this indexed table, I read each item individually.

  The problem is the my indexed table is perfeclty fina and contains all the conductive sequntial, but the next reading of the indexed table ends only read the replacement values.

  I use a loop where the entrance is indexed (contained in the annex to the reading table) and output is one element at a time.

  As an alternative I also used an array inside the loop index function but still the for loop sends other values. Can anyone help what could be wrong.

  The i loop also shows replacing 2, 4, 6, 8 same values!

  Please include a simplified version of your VI.

• For the InDesign table row height

  I have a table so I want to set a height of minimum line for all lines. If I select all the lines, I can't enter a value in the field 'At least' palette of paintings. I can select some of the columns individually and change them, but 2 of the 5 columns are not playing ball! I am currently having a minimum height of 4 mm, if I get it, I get the message "the value must be between 6.35 and 211.677 mm.

  The table was an existing document, but I recreated from scratch and still no joy.

  Any ideas anyone?

  This probably means that the 6 column cells are divided.

  The minimum value of a line are 1 058 mm.

  For 6 adjustable cells in a column the value 'at least' will be 6 * 1 058 = 6 348 mm

  By default, the height of line expands with the content.

  Use the Table > Format > row height to set a height of minimum and maximum line for selected rows:

  

  Don't forget that you can control the margins of cell for the table in table designer > basic and properties by the paragraph by paragraph Designer tag > Table Cell properties. These margins might be useful to get the look are are after as well.

• Table of contents, problems in applying the character style

  This is my first post, I checked if there was already something similar, but I can't find anything so I'm asking here.

  I work with Indesign 9.3 and I created a book of 80 pages and there are 20 + chapters.

  I wanted to create a table of contents, so I made an and I put my paragraph for her style, but I had problems to set the character style (he set only to the number of the page, but not to the number and the name of the chapter).

  When I create my summary style I have no problem to indicate the paragraph style that you want to use (and then it automatically applies it properly when I generate my list).

• Text - box height problem tool text & confusion

  I struggled to solve a problem of text box in my layout of phone.  I have a box of text at the bottom of the page.  The lower edge of the text box touches the top of the footer area.  If I drag the center of the bottom of the text just below box handle of the text, so that no blue dashed line appears in the text box, it looks good in Muse, but when I download and watch the page on my iPhone, there is an empty space under the text (in addition to the footer area).  If, however, I drag the bottom of the text box so that the dashed blue line is a few lines above the bottom of the text, then the text appears correctly on the iPhone.

  I'm not clear on what this broken blue horizontal line in means of text area, other than the height of the text and the box do not match.  It seems not important since the text is displayed even if the box is theoretically too short.  Perhaps someone can explain what that broke horizontal line way and if it's a problem if it appears in the text box.

  Now, for the confusion, I just today created some paragraph Styles so that I can be sure that my pages are compatible.  It seems that the text box can be sized before applying a paragraph Style, dashed blue line disappeared - no extra space below the text on the iPhone.  Once I applied the paragraph Style, that extra space will appear unless I reduce the text box.  I checked and the paragraph Style has no padding, leading etc., normal.  The footer area is not checked.

  I did a few tests, and the problem is not related to the text box on the top of the footer area.  I inserted another test text box under the "problem" box, and the problem persists - extra space unless I have shorten the height of the text box.  I think it has to do with my paragraph Style, but I don't see what is the cause.  I must emphasize that the other text boxes have the same applied paragraph Style and they don't have any extra space under the text.

  I don't think that your "get extra space." Rather, I suspect the text block is high and narrow, and the text it contains is much shorter in the browser that it appears in Design view in Muse because of differences in the line breaks in the text. It is quite common when using "web safe" fonts and is also true when you view websites in different browsers, browser versions, devices or versions of operating system because of the differences in text layout engines used and available fonts on the device. It is especially common in text frames narrow tall.

  The most effective way to reduce the effect is to use a Web font rather than a 'web safe' police, which will reduce the variation of the layout of the text between the browsers, but ultimately you need to design, with the variations of line in mind, because they are not entirely avoidable. In your case this means that the block of text sizing for minimum height (as indicated by the dotted line) is shorter than the text as it appears in Design view, so when line breaks changes the block of text is reduced in height, rather than leave a space blank at the bottom.
