Stuck in recovery loop

I need serious help! I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s3000y running Vista Basic with the last update of the service Ms. He was acting with blue screens once every two weeks. Then I ran McAfee security suite/antivirus every day and nothing was ever found/fixed. Yesterday it completely crashed and now the screen is so distorted with static recovery HP auto screens are unreadable. Luckily for me I have seen these screens that so many times I have a pretty good idea of what the options are.  So I can't read the messages, it may indicate are the problem and it keeps cycling back via ASR. I had nothing else that maintaining this PC of the headache and about to caving to the taunts of my Mac friends who lent me their Macbook to record this post... trying to keep the faith but its severity.  Any suggestions?  Help, please. I'm dead in the water.

mIke

Looks like the video card is bad.

Your model has a motherboard that has on-board video. To make sure that it is the graphics card and immediately return your features, remove the video card, pop the small plastic cap off the video connector integrated and use the graphical subsystem integrated.

    Hi all.

I am now under a procedure of recovery for A660 - 11M. I used a bought at Toshiba Recovery CD.
Everything was going well until the recovery is stuck in the loop of ' * now System Performance Rating *'.

I found a similar case, where a person has solved problem of forced reboot. I did, too, but when he turned, the loop began.

I wonder if there is anyway to stop this notation. It does not seem very important ultimately.

    Thank you.

  • Elite x 3: How do Hard Reset Elite x 3 - ring stuck in a loop

    Hello

I just got my x 3 Elite and it is stuck in a loop, because I just get a blue screen and restarts it.

I tried hardware reset using key combinations that I use on my other Windows Phone, but it doesn't seem to work on the elite.

I also tried the Windows Phone recovery tool, but the elite is not yet listed on the devices.

I looked on the uspport page to find out how to do the reset on the elite, but he mentions only get within the OS which I can't.

    Does anyone have an ideas/suggestions?

    Hello

I had exactly the same problem.  I powered my unit off (hold power butten for 10-15 sec) and kept it that way for more than 24 hours (Friday night to Sunday morning).   During this time, I did not get plugged.

When I started this morning it starts normally (in my case it installed the preview of the release of windows mobile 10)

    Good luck

  • Satellite C660 - 115 Win7 update stuck in the loop. SOLVED!

I have a Satellite C660-115 which is stuck in a loop "of despair".
I am a COMPUTER engineer support and a customer brought this laptop of mine, who was stuck in a loop of repair Win7 (64-bit prem) that simply says Win7 could not be repaired.

I backed up the profiles of subscribers using Hiren boot CD (done chkdsk as well - everything is OK), and then did a factory restore.
No problem at all with the restoration.

Started doing the updates for Win7; SP1 seems to install OK without errors.
The system then picked up 37 Win7 updates automatically and asked to reset.
Upon reboot, Win7 entered "drvload.exe" and started an auto repair.
It took time and the system started OK, but without any sign of SP1, looks so much like system restore to an earlier point?

I though this update to process 3 times now and each time after that a lot of auto update, the same sequence occurs.

How to exit this loop? What is causing this problem, which I have never seen before?

No software has been installed, other than that of the recovery process.
I even uninstalled McAfee, just in case this could be a problem - no change.

Ah, just took another look. It is stated in Win7 system registers that the restoration was caused by a corrupted file C:\ci.dll. Google to find it was a sign by a rootkit virus in the HARD Master Boot Record disk (the file ci.dll itself is NOT damaged). Found a fix tool

    http://support.Kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?QID=208280684

It identified the rootkit and removed.
    Seems to be OK now!

Hope this post could help others.
Of course, the factory restore does not erase the HDD MBR rootkit...

    Thanks for sharing!

Hi, I tried to reformatt and restore my old A50, followed the instructions on the recovery disk only when it restarted it gets stuck in a loop, loading windows XP and then restart. When I start it in safe mode it says Setup failed to install and did the same thing.

I started with a windows XP installation disc as well and it does nothing.

    Help, please!

    Thank you very much

  • HP 2000 - stuck in recovery 2c29WM

I have a HP - 2c29WM who is stuck in a loop showing recovery HP data - 0% progress. Have seen a mistake listed as SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (NETIO. (SYS), during a previous attempt to start again under Win8 x 64.

I pulled the drive to try to recover my data before attempting the system repair and recovery of the system and in a usb caddy attached to my W8 x 64 office, the player shows two partitions, startup and recovery, and said the section boot (main part of the disc) is not accessible. I can read files on the recovery partition and the valid drive letters. No error Windows saying the partitioned drive needs. I resigned to losing my data and decided to reset it on "like new".

I tried recovery and repair, and he do not say no restoration are and fails on the repair, to say write disk failed.

Yet it passes all the tests short and am running of tests of long, and it passes all of the checks there as well. An hour and 20 minutes left on the hard drive Long DST.

The hard drive is a HGST Hitachi 500 GB, with a manufacturing date of 06/22/13.

    Any hope for here?

Never Flash your bios during a thunderstorm.

    Hello:

It doesn't look good... But if the player gathers...

Here is something you can try.

You may be able to recover your files if everything you've done so far has not erased the disc, upload this W8 x 64 ISO OEM installation file.

    https://docs.Google.com/file/d/0B0W9PBigPy94aVJWSndyTFNFMzg/edit?PLI=1

Then use this tool to transfer the file to a flash USB 4 GB or DVD drive.  The tool also performs the bootable file.

    http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/HTML/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool

Now, when you are going to install Windows, let it install on the C:\ partition, and if the operating system is still intact, it will create a Windows.old folder.

After W8 is finished installing, go to the windows.old folder and all the files you want.

Then, once you're sure you have it, you can delete the windows.old folder by running the cleanup utility disk and on the lower left side of the disk cleanup window, click clean up system files and after's done it brewing, you will be able to check the windows.old folder and other files that you want to remove.

  • I have a laptop under XP Home Ed SP3 who is stuck in a loop of connection. Can anyone help?

I have a laptop running XP Home SP3 Ed who is stuck in a loop of connection, in other words, when I try to log on it says "loading your personal settings" will Flash on the desktop for a fraction of a second and then says "saving your settings" and brings back me to the right at the log on screen.

I do not have the XP disc to reinstall and there is no recovery console to access. I've seen on many other forums that the problem may be with the userinit.exe file and I tried to copy this file in front of my PC - but with the fact that it is Windows 7 64 bit I don't really expect to work. Is it possible to download the correct version of this file from anywhere?

Another thought I had was to install a different version of Windows XP from an old obsolete machine and I was wondering if it would be possible to transfer the product key?

Managed to get windows reinstalled - all sorted now. Thanks for the suggestions.

It is stuck in safe mode and it wont let me do a cover on it, or do the Offline command prompts. I'm not very good at such things and I'm getting very frustrated. Please can someone help?

    Hello

    ·         You get the error message?

    ·         Are you able to boot to the desktop?

    ·         What exactly do you mean by "blocked in safe mode. ?

    ·         Do you get any error messages when you try to run a recovery?

    ·         You can perform a restore of the system to safe mode?

You can disconnect all external devices attached such as printer, etc. and check if the problem persists.

Thanks JR

    Hello

the upgrade is not always a good way to correct errors

you often take them with the upgrade or errors interfere with the upgrade

and Yes, it must be in normal mode to upgrade

Updates configuration is normally a process of updating microsoft windows

1st thing to try is a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

If that does not read this information

the link below is how to download and get a vista disk startup repair, which you can start from the

to boot from the dvd drive to be able to you will see a way to get into the bios Setup at the bottom of the screen or command menu start

It would be F2 or delete etc to enter the BIOS or F12 etc. for the start menu

Change boot order it do dvd drive 1st in the boot order

and if all else fails and you need to reinstall vista are the normal methods for computers preinstalled vista portable

Contact the computer manufacturer and ask them to send vista recovery discs

they do it for a nominal cost of $

also ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to get back to the way you bought

you would normally press F10 or F11 or Alt + F10, 0 at startup to start the recovery process according to the manufacturer

Ask them of the exact key sequence

  • iPhone stuck on recovery mode.

Alright. So I have an iPhone 5s, I bought it June 16. What makes almost 3 months.
I bought then returned, but there has never been any problem.
He obtained weat like 2 months ago, but after a night that I put it in rice, it was perfect again!

A few days ago it started having problems. First, the home button did not work. I restarted my iphone and it worked. a few hours later, I had the same problem. I rebooted, nothing happened, so I just turned it off one night and it worked again. Now, today. It has stopped working. Nothing is done, however, footprint does not work.
Now, I used the EasyTouch or how it's not called. The thing is, after a few hours, it got stuck on recovery mode. He's after a few hours. It happened a few times, and now it won't go down. It wont let me update and I can't lose all my data! I have not saved. Never. I NEVER even thought that something might happen to her. I always keep it if course, I don't know what to do. If I have to go somewhere to fix it, I'll have to save for a few months. Which means that I won't have a phone. I need REALLY help and fast! Please, I beg you!
    Thanks, Tamar

If it is in recovery mode (showing the screen USB cable and iTunes logo), then your data has already been lost. Your only option is to restore the iOS through iTunes.

  • iPhone stuck in recovery mode 5 c

    Hi all

I'm not native English and my grammar isn't the best, so if you do not understand something I posted, just ask and I try to be more specific.

I have the problem that my iPhone 5 c is stuck in recovery mode and I have so far failed.

The problem started with iOS 9.3.3. In the aftermath of the update my iPhone crashed with the screen flickering and restarted every 1-2 minutes. Then I installed the iPhone as a new iPhone and it was good for a few days and then it happened.

Then comes the 9.3.4 iOS update. The update worked for a day and then all of a sudden my iPhone has not found any connection to my mobile operator. WLAN and bluetooth still worked.

Then I tried to restore my iPhone again. First of all everything went well and the update was successful, but the same day, the flicker of the screen and restarts every 1-2 minutes came back.

I once again tried to restore my iPhone, but this time it did not work. First of all, I got error 9 several times.

These days I get only error 4013 and I can't get the iPhone out of recovery mode. When I try to launch it to the of in the mode of recovery and all the ways to get out of her failed.

When I try to retrieve it with iTunes, it extracted the software, then the iPhone restarts until I see the apple logo and the "busy" - circle appears. Then the whole screen fades away in the dark, as if he would run out of power, but leaves immediately in recovery mode where I see the iTunes logo and the cable with plug.

    Here's what I did:

-Hold the home button and the Start button / stop in any combination: he restarts, but returned in recovery mode and error 4013 in iTunes.

-Via another USB port: same result, error 4013 in iTunes.

-Tried it on another computer (Win 10) with fresh install iTunes. Here, I got error 21 once and 4013 the second try.

-check the URL in the file host

-J' tried all methods, I found on the internet and in youtube videos in this community.

I bought the iPhone end of 2013, that is guaranteed is not in effect. Ever, the iPhone fell down or has been damaged in any way. And it is not jailbroken.

So I have a few questions:

    1. is this a software problem or it could also be a hardware problem?

    2. do I can install iOS 10, it will overwrite the current state and install it?

    3. If it is a problem that is caused by a defective software update, apple will repair for free? Or will contact free support in this case?

    4. someone an idea that a repair is going to cost me?

    Hello

Make sure that you have followed all the steps related to error code 4013 and code error 21, notably by ensuring that you are using a real lightning Apple USB cable (or the equivalent of third-party certified IFM):

And also that you follow the correct process:

If the problem persists then, I suggest you contact Apple technical support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance, including to have checked whether iPhone recommended by Apple:
