Document types: web are transformed into documents of the work plan of the appropriate size. It was a decision of the UI by our product designers.

"UN-do" the artboard, right-click on the artboard in the layers palette and choose "ungroup work plans. Or select the artboard, and then choose layer > ungroup work plans.

The artboard will be gone and you will be in a normal document with whatever the underlying size of the canvas was be. (Probably a monolayer with WARNING: no pixels in it, i.e. transparent).

  • HP Officejet 6600 document stuck in the print queue

Please help - I need to make some impression and have a statement stuck in the print queue.  I tried delete several times, turned off my pc and the printer and turn it back on but without success - the document is still there.  How can I remove this document?

    Hello

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

    Kind regards

I accidentally deleted the documents from the dock. I got it back, but now every time I have download all what I need to do a find. iMac + El Capitan.

Did you delete the Documents folder that is normally found in your folder/Home /? The entrance to the docking station is simply a form of alias created by dragging the real Documents folder icon in the Dock. Is that what you did? In addition, this has nothing to do with the downloads. Those who go into the downloads folder, also in the folder/home /.

  • all my word and Excel documents all appear in the files my images. If I delete the document of MY photos it is deleted in Word/Excel too, how to undo it?

Word and Excel files are saved in Word and Excel and in my images.  If I delete the document of my images, it is also deleted in Word / Excel.  I checked and all Word/Excel documents are in my pictures including documents several years ago.

Can someone tell me why this is happening so Ican break & he has not reproduce? Is this related to the theScan function?  My husband scanned something recently

You have them saved to this location for some reason any. If you don't like that you have to move them to the correct location and stop then save in the wrong location.

Whenever you save something you must check if you save it in the correct location, of course.

Do not delete them. You can use UNDO and trash to get back those you've accidentally deleted recently.

  • Great email is stuck in the output area. In any case to determine if it will send or should it be deleted?

    Send emails with large attachments

When trying to send emails with large attachments, sometimes the email seems to be simply stuck in the "Outbox" and the system continuously tries to send the email without success. Is there a way to determine if e-mail can be sent or must it be simply deleted?

It depends on the size of the email and also the connection speed you have.  Any attachments will be encoded and which adds about 40% of the size of the actual message, it should be taken into account.  In addition, certain providers to automatically limit the size of messages to about 10 megabytes, and many recipients do not like huge messages to moor their Inbox.

Some antivirus software can slow down things too, so you could look into this aspect as well.

  • Printing problems with XP and Lexmark-documents are just stuck in the print queue

Original title: printing problems with XP and Lexmark

Until yesterday, I was able to print OK using Windows XP and a Lexmark Printer series 3500-4500 with wireless capabilities.  Reported network test wireless (on printer) and report indicates that there are no reported problem, also did the diagnostic test and which shows no problem either.  I can't print and documents are just stuck in the print queue - please can someone help, it drives me crazy because it's probably a very simple solution.

I guess you do not have all of the error messages.

It is possible that comes to mind that your printer has received a new IP address of your router (this could easily happen if you have several computers and other devices that connect to your wireless network).

Find the IP address of the printer of his network diagnostic page.
Click Start > printers and faxes, right-click the printer and select Properties
Select the Ports tab, then click on the button "Configure Port" (be careful NOT to click anywhere in the list of ports)
Make sure that the IP address in 'Port settings' is identical to that shown on the diagnosis of your network printer page.

To avoid this problem in the future, you must configure the printer to have a static IP address.  See your printer User Guide for instructions.

Choose an appropriate subnet address (i.e., has the first 3 groups of numbers the same as the other addresses in your network) but who is not in the range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server on your router.  See the User Guide of your router for more details.

  • Delete the Document

I can't remove a document.  I tried to remove several times.  It is more will appear under documents and settings, but whenever I click on the M Word icon on the desktop, it appears again.  When I try to create a new document, it creates the same document as the document 2.  Help, please

    Hi Sheilaandronnie,

Is the original document that you open in your office? If you open a word file on your computer, it will create a temp document it and when you close word should be deleted automatically.

If you are unable to remove these icons after you close word check your task manager-> processes-> winword.exe and end treat him. Now try to delete it.

If all fails, download unlocker from http://download.cnet.com/Unlocker/3000-2248_4-10493998.html install and then right click on the file select unlock and remove.

    I hope this helps.

Forwarded messages or new messages are not automatically leave and get stuck in the Outbox.  If I leave it alone, I get a message that there was an error and the message could not be sent.  However, if I leave the message stuck in the Outbox, the message gets actually released several times until I have go into the Outbox and delete the message.

    To defragment:

Start | All programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk Defragmenter. Just above that you'll also see disk cleanup. I was running first and also in the other Options tab, the third option to get rid of old that take place of restore points.
