Paid student accounts are eligible for free ProSite, but because there are so many different types of subscriptions that your school could buy (various offers of business), we will need to look at this more closely to see if you are subscribed to one is eligible for free ProSite or not.   There is no upgrade for the editions for teachers and students. You can continue to use the version you use, or you can buy CS6 with no upgrade price, or subscribe to creative cloud. However, I believe that if you are still eligible, you are offered a discount on creative cloud.

  Hi, I am from Australia. I want to buy a student and teacher edition. I'm studying at... https://www.open.edu.au currently. I have a student card from them that I could use for verification, but I don't know if they would be eligible. See, they are called "Open universities", but they send you others United to work with... for example in my case, Griffith University (I know Griffith would probably correct, but I do not have a correct ID on their part).

  Yes, they have more than 2 years of classes. I don't know if I can use Uni open as evidence, or if I have to hunt down some document to show Griffith.

  The only difference between the normal and student/teacher is normally in the license, not the software.  Make sure that you try to use the serial number on the version correct appointed suite.
