  I transferred to another PC development project. When I opened it, some of my shared network variables (NSV) have been marked with errors of functionality: "Initial value: not allowed or can not be changed outside of LabVIEW.". I found out it's because I didn't install the DSC Module on the newer machine. removal of the function 'initial value' made the error message disappear.

  I didn't know that the initial value function was part of the DSC Module. If I use it in a project, means that my client needs to buy a DSC run-time license? (I don't use another function DSC)

  In my project, the NSV in question was hosted on a target of cRIO, yet my prototype (which had an initial value enabled) was happily running without problems. This contradicts the above documentation that says «you must host variables shared on Windows» Should it?

  I created a new NSV on my new machine (which has not installed a DSC). I saw the option of "Graduation". Is scaling part of the DSC module or not?

  It depends on what you mean by 'install '.
  (1) install the software on your server: when you use the CD or download the Oracle code and install on your server, software for many modules is copied. You can see the tables, procedures, packages, executable files belonging to the modules you have no plan to use in the near future.

  (2) after the installation of the software, you go to sysadmin > License Manager. Here you choose the modules / components that you plan to use and have a license for. You can activate selectively OM/HR here. Once you do this, these modules are "installed" in a perspective of licenses. When you install a module, another module can get installed in a shared mode. For example if you installed the inventory, Oracle on its own may installed HR in shared mode. That's ok.
  You can check the modules you have installed looking fnd_product_installations. I-online installed, S-online shared mode of status N => is not installed.

  You should limit access to inventory accountability organization newly created "copy of purchase." Follow these steps:

  (1) with the responsibility of the user to Super Stock, follow the navigation:

  * (N) Setup--> Organization--> Organization access *.

  (2) enter the Code of the inventory management and the responsibility of purchase name you want to give access to the inventory Org Code.

  (3) save the form.

  4 navigate) back to the responsibility of 'Copy of purchase' and use the menu named "agency of change." You should be able to see that the Organization of the inventory that you have allowed access to step 2. Select this Org inventory and perform the tasks you want to do.

  I have a number of modules, and the icons on some of them take a lot of space. So the navigation bar is stuffed full. I added the bar add-on that appears at the bottom of the screen.   I don't know if it's relevant, but I use two laptops computers Toshiba running Windows 7 and the other is Windows 10. Both are 64-bit. And it is Firefox 42.0.

  Modules with a touch of grey are not compatible with your version of Firefox.

  gTranslate not icons. You must select the text, right-click and hover the mouse over the menu item translate... and wait that the translated text to appear. You can also change languages in the submenu, or alternatively via Firefox Tools (Alt + T) > Addons > Extensions, gTranslate Options.
