  I bought a second hand Journe Touch and I can't access the store online. I always get a blank white screen... until I press the botton left corner (where say "Impressum 6.jt1.co"). Arise then something like a web page... but this isn't the virtual store of Toshiba. So my first question is:

  Problem 1: Having so much trouble to get the app I can't see or open the App Store on my ipad 2, and it won't allow me to d/l or update of any application. I use iOS iPad 2 already updated 9.2. I have no problem with email or Internet surfing on ipad 2 - it just won't let me access my App Store (can not d/l and update or the other). This problem began last week, just after I have updated to the new version of iOS 9.2. What is a typical problem? hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance!

  Problem 2: I also have an iPad 1 (Yes, old device - but still in very good condition lol). Still once, troubles me in obtaining new iPad App (1st generation) repeat my "software is up-to-date" iOS 5.1.1 that can not be true because iOS 9.2 is available... but I could not get the update of the software on the iPad 1 and therefore can not d/l brand new application since most app requires iOS 8 or a later version.  Help please!

  Priblem 2. IOS 5.1.1 is the highest upgrade for an iPad 1. Many applications offer legacy versions. Download applications that require IOS 8 or more.

  If you have moved to another country and so most likely is not a valid payment to the United States after a certain period of time, then when you change easily, for example the Canadians or the New Zealand App Store to view a specific locale application, you essentially to lose all your purchases (goods/personal effects) in the App Store as you can not change to the App Store.

  Sure that you can receive updates of installed apps, but what happens if you have uninstalled the app like not everyone has an infinite amount of storage space on their devices?

  So, basically, my question is, how can I change to the App Store now (April 2016) without harassing my American friends for their credit card or PayPal details or spending money on American iTunes gift card?

  EDIT: As obviously I can not transfer my purchases, then I suppose I could have stayed with my ID App Store we for now until I find a moment just cut all losses.

Content is licensed to Apple to sell on a country by country basis, each country must have its own store and you must be in the country to use his shop (including redownloading past purchases).   iCloud and pricing - Apple supported storage plans

  Methods of payment accepted for upgrades of storage iCloud include credit, debit cards and the iTunes Store creditcards. If you have enough iTunes store credit to perform your upgrade, you will be charged the remaining amount. Apple Store Gift cards are not accepted as payment for the upgrade of storage iCloud. Learn how manage storage space you are using.

  Your iTunes credit should be automatically used first to pay for the upgrade of storage iCloud.   As long as there is enough credit it will use for future payments, otherwise it will charge the credit card if possible.
