Subscription and free membership
somehow, I have a creative cloud trial version and a paid version - don't know how I'm going to trial, but now I cannot save anything again I get a message saying that I have more storage. But I have lots of storage with my paid version. Help!

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

How to cancel my subscription to Photoshop? I tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud, but my account says it's a free membership, so there is no option to cancel it, even though I pay $10.49 every month.

I have a creative cloud free subscription and get a popup that says that there is an update of creative cloud. Don't see a way to do the update. Any suggestions? I use a HP desktop with windows 10 computer.
If you mean there is an update of the creative cloud desktop application, uninstall your desktop app cc (uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application) and install the most recent, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

I have activated a code of redemption provided for me by my school to creative.adobe.com/educard, but when I downloaded CC and log in there always says I'm in trail version and when I connect to my account it says free membership? I tried to use the code once more and it says that it has already been activated.

I had access to all Adobe apps Mobile for one year reduced prices intro but I have found that I really only use Acrobat Pro DC, Lightroom and Photoshop. I use Acrobat Pro DC on a day to day basis more than the other two apps but when I need Lr and Ps are also essential to me. I'm a person, not a business.
And so my question - I have to pursue my plan version 'complete' to a 40% increase in the price for access to these three features... or
can I subscribe to * two * Acrobat Pro DC subscription and terms of photography?
I know that I can subscribe to more than one unique plan of "App" but none of them are simple applications and do not appear as such.

Yes, you can subscribe to Plan + only Acrobat App on the same Adobe ID photography.

And of course I can't call that phone support is not available for free membership so I can still call and ask why I don't have products, because I pay for every month. Honestly, I don't quite know what to do.

I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I bought this to be able to export PDF files and it does not work after trying and troubleshooting. Please cancel and give me a refund as I bought only 11/5!

For the trial;
First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

Then, if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up still shows a trial message window, please check this link for the resolution:

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
