  You can probably still buy a perpetual license. It is very well hidden, but... Follow these instructions:

  On the Page of Adobe products: https://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/software.html

  Click Buy next to Acrobat Pro DC and change the option 'I want to buy' to 'Full' (or 'Upgrade' If you have an earlier version of qualification).

  Select any other options, and then click Add to cart, proceed to checkout. You will get a full license, not a time-based subscription.

• Renew the recurring loop of my death - HELP subscription

  The problem: whenever I run an application CC (I subscribe to the full suite for a year), the 'Renew subscription' dialog. I select "Try again", and a 'Thank You' dialog box appears. I click on 'Continue' and 'Renew subscription' appears again. Rinse and repeat. I tried all the troubleshooting and not luck.

  This problem happened first a week ago. I contacted the support and that they recognize that there is a problem cause server active and connected to my account to not see that my account is closed. I was told that I would receive a resolution within 48 hours. 48 hours later, I was told that I would have a resolution within 48 hours. No resolution.

  I've never had such a miserable customer service experience before in my life. Adobe applications are essential to the livelihoods of many people, but the best they can do when someone is unable to access the product they paid for is to tell them 'you will hear back within 2 or 3 days.

  For this reason, Miss me deadlines and multiple projects. Someone please tell me you have a solution? I tried the help articles, discussions online and even contact them on Twitter without result. I couldn't even shut down my business if it can't get resolved.
