I signed up for photoshop month month subscription, but it's the States my trial has expired. What I am doing wrong?

I have a valid monthly subscription for photoshop/Lightroom.
I get this message when you launch photoshop cc. Lightroom works fine.
I uninstalled all via adobe uninstaller, I ran adobe cc cleaner and restarted.
I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed lightroom and photoshop after you HAVE signed in, they were both installed in the menu of creative cloud. He said: my programs are both updated, but when I run the Photoshop application I get the trial expired page, I click on the sign ' license this software ' with my email to valid adobe ID, press "sign in" and he keeps asking to specify a license key. I had NEVER seen a license key so what gives?
What is going on... I am getting very frustrated with this software, worked very well, use it for months now.
Operating system: Mac OSX 10.9.2

There is no billing problems, I checked it.
CC Adobe requires no serial number to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com . Download, install & activate from there.
Please let me know if she asks the serial number when you try to activate the CC.

After update of credit card will not work my subscription to Photoshop
I've updated my credit card information after the expiration of my card to reactivate my subscription to Photoshop CS6. He crossed the fine and gave me the message that my subscription had been reactivated. However, when I try to launch Photoshop Application Manager says that I need to renew my subscription. When I go online to "My subscriptions" my subscription to Photoshop is listed as being active.
I called several representatives online chatting have passed several times during the time period. The last person I talked to said I have to wait 5-6 hours to make it active. I had to wait for 8.5 hours now and am struggling with what to do next I really need Photoshop to be back on so I can with my work.
I read something on another thread to wait 72 hours. I sincerely hope that this is not the case.
This should not be the case. You should be able to change credit card and continue to work. I am reaching out to you by email and we'll get the problem solved.

Impossible to cancel the subscription to Photoshop CC - put Adobe me in red
I subscribed for a monthly subscription to Photoshop CC in August so when I lost my job I tried to cancel the plan. But it came as if I had never seen a plan saying that I had a free plan for creative cloud. THEN I see a charge from Adobe on my PayPal account, so I reported it as not allowed for free and PayPal rejected my request and charged me. I'm $46 + in Canadian dollars in the red in my account Bank for something that I did not have to cancel. I'm broke with no income and sucks customer service here

Hi - I signed up for a monthly subscription of PhotoShop for my son some time ago. I am being charged for 'Adobe PhotoShop Plan' 10.69 each month and you want to cancel this subscription. Tried following the instructions, but neither my son (or my) Adobe ID shows this subscription. Grateful for the help.

Where can I get a simple exe to install for my subscription to Photoshop?
I just need to know where to find an executable installer for my subscription to Photoshop. When I go to download it, it always directs the creative cloud program. I just put the file to install it on my computer, install and connect via Photoshop without the creative cloud program.
The computer on that I want does not have a sufficient connection to download Photoshop so I need to copy it to. I can connect with her but not to download it all.

I am originally from New Zealand, your site is vey useless and difficult to use. I want to cancel my subscription to photoshop. I have already called once and told me it's been cancelled, but my account is still in charge. When I go on manage plan to cancel the option is not there.
