    After having recently upgraded CPU, memory and graphics of my computer, it took singularly reinstall my Adobe Photoshop (Inc. Illustrator & bridge) because I do not use other members of the CS2 Premium Suite I made a custom Setup. Everything works fine except for my Activation Adobe warning system.

    As you know that adobe can't stand the CS2 product you sold me that is your decision, regardless of my conviction about how good customer service should work. Your website Troubleshooting Guide States:

    I legitimately buy this product and once again I disagree with Adobe and wish to continue to use my Photoshop CS2, Illustrator & the bridge.

    I'm ignoring your detector of continually that I use my product? Is there another way to peacefully resolve this conflict? or you do it's ugly and insist I buy another product of Adobe updated you will always continue to support (for the moment)? My wish is simply to continue to use my Photoshop without threats or problems of Adobe... can help you?

    You can continue to use CS2 without additional cost. It takes just a few steps to remove activation version and replace it with the version without activation.

    Uninstall your CS2.

    Error: Unavailable activation server | CS2, Acrobat 7, pass a hearing 3

    Download the version without CS2 activation from the link above. That goes for the owners of CS and CS2.

    Install, then enter the new serial number without activation provided at this link. Your existing CS2 serial number no longer works.

    Yesterday, I bought a (plan year) subscription to photoshop 6. Evereything seemed very well. I received the email with confirmation and download the statement. Followed the instructions, but the adobe application manager maintains (tried three times now) install trial version of photoshop 6 extended. I was hollow will discussions over and over again trying to find a solution but have not found one.

    OK, FINALLY found a solution. And I'm sure that concerns everyone in the matter not English so spread the word. When you open adobe application manager, before installing anything check your presets (upper left corner of the adobe application window, arrow next to your adobe ID) to ensure that the defined language is the same as the product that you ordered/subscribed to.

    In my case, when I subscribed to photoshop, I chose the English version. But once I started to install the app Manager software automatically set as Finnish language, so I was installing a product that I was not subscribed to and that is why, he installed the trial version of the rather extensive ps.

    If you are not able to use Photoshop cc now, don't forget not that you are connected with the right email address in the application, whereby you bought subscription.

    As I checked your email you have stored on support forums, I couldn't find any subscription to Photoshop CC under this email.

  • After update of credit card will not work my subscription to Photoshop

    I've updated my credit card information after the expiration of my card to reactivate my subscription to Photoshop CS6.     This should not be the case. You should be able to change credit card and continue to work. I am reaching out to you by email and we'll get the problem solved.

    I'm activation problems on my iMac family. I have subscription CC photography that I use on my Mac work, and my wife has the full subscription of CC, she uses on his mac to work. We now have an iMac shared with accounts of different users for each of us. We continue however, getting errors with creative sign-in cloud. It seems that the inscription to CC on my mac account sign my wife out and vice versa. If we try to connect to CC on both accounts Mac with the same user Adobe CC, CC sees each account two separate computers and we have exceeded the activation limit. Any advice?

    As far as I know, you can't have two activations open at the same time on a single computer... you MUST sign for it to connect and vice versa to be able to use your account

    I have a valid monthly subscription for photoshop/Lightroom.

    I get this message when you launch photoshop cc.  Lightroom works fine.

    I uninstalled all via adobe uninstaller, I ran adobe cc cleaner and restarted.

    I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed lightroom and photoshop after you HAVE signed in, they were both installed in the menu of creative cloud.  He said: my programs are both updated, but when I run the Photoshop application I get the trial expired page, I click on the sign ' license this software ' with my email to valid adobe ID, press "sign in" and he keeps asking to specify a license key.  I had NEVER seen a license key so what gives?

    There is no billing problems, I checked it.

    CC Adobe requires no serial number to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com . Download, install & activate from there.

    Just had to replace my motherboard (and, therefore, the processor and RAM). On the initial start-up after reconstruction windows said that there was significant changes to the system and required wake-up. Windows does not accept my product key. What has changed are the processor, RAM and motherboard. Hard drive is still the original that I have installed XP on to. Advice please

    The change of motherboard is which has activation problem. If you have an OEM version of Windows XP that is preinstalled, so you will not be able to activate as all OEM versions are linked to the first computer / motherboard, it is installed on. However if you have a "Full" version of the retail try then the phone activation.

    If you receive an error indicating that your product key is not valid when installing Windows 7, it could be for the following reasons:

    a. you can did your product key. Try having to retype.

    b. you may use a product key that does not match the version of Windows Vista that is installed on your computer. Check the product key to ensure that it is for the version that you are trying to activate.
