  I'm trying to re - download a new portable computer Adobe Acrobat 9.  I logged into my account, copied my serial number of the account (which gives a date of registration).  After you run the download, I paste the serial number in and it tells me that it is an incorrect serial number.  I tried out the dashes and still get the same error.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

  Hey Adobe. So, after I finally experienced a lot of trouble getting Adobe After Effects the link gave me an MVP, I'm on the last stage and I have a problem once more.
